I have arthritis in both ankles and toe disease, these shoes are so comfortable and supportive it's a pleasure finally going for a walk pain free!

I am so very happy with my shoes and they are so comfortable

The shoes I bought are thin, they have tiny holes in the soles. Not good for everyday wear, especially since you just end up with wet feet.
Can't return the shoes for change of mind, or incorrect sizing!!
I should have read their returns policy before purchasing.
I guess I now have some expensive beach and aqua shoes.
Absolutely a scam brand. Clearly buys from overseas and hopes we won't notice.

Low quality Chinese goods sold at a triple price premium in Australia.

Customer service is solid, received support and a good outcome, overall a trustworthy company based on my opinion and experience.

Don’t trust the ads. The cooling blanket is not cooling at all. Couldn’t be bothered for a refund as I already opened it so I donated it to a clothing bin. Not here for a refund, just sharing my opinion.

Comfortable shoes, look great. I have three pairs. I wear at the gym and walking.

Already own 3 pairs of stretch comfort shoes… love and live in them…. Wanted to get family members a pair as gifts… they supplied wrong shoe size so shoes delivered were too small…Pain Free Aussies customer service advisors were amazing…. they assisted with the return and exchange of shoes for those of the correct size…. hassle free……can’t getter better service than that.

If you are on the fence about the barefoot shoes, take this as your hint to get off it, they are great! Takes a few times wearing them to get use to the free feeling but I can go all day without having foot fatigue. They are lightweight and easily cleaned. They're comfortable and easy to put on and off ... no laces to come undone either, lots of lovely colour combinations to choose from. The website was easy to use and find what I was looking for, easy to order from and postage was quick.

Fantastic company to deal with. There was a small problem with the delivery and they were very quick on the response and solutions. Very easy. Ordered some barefoot shoes which are as described. Great shoes. Will definitely order from them again. It is people like them that make our world beautiful. Well done. Many thanks

Impressive company and shoes. I have a spine injury and limited with what I can wear in shoes, the customer service is exceptional. Will buy another pair soon.

The pillow helped with my shoulder pain. I don’t wake up during the night as much as I used to .

The pillow I recieved from pain free aussies has helped relieve my neck pain and made sleeping easier.

I love my shoes very comfortable and I will love to order again in a special price. I will never buy any kind of shoes .

After having to return the trainers because I chose the wrong size, I received the correct size. They are fantastic. I have a dodgy ankle awaiting surgery and these keep it stable. Khaizer has been fantastic with the returns process. Can't rate PainFree Aussies high enough.

I purchased a pair of Plantar X Wrap from Aussie Stress Free which didnt relieve my pain. I paid $70 and since found the same item on ebay for $10 which is ultimately what they are worth.
I am 4 weeks into attempting to get a refund and have now have raised a paypal claim as last resort.

Do not use this company. They are very good online marketers but ultimately they are crooks. The reviews on their website must be fake.

I bought my pain free Aussie I used my from Melbourne to Broome this was the best trip I ever had my neck was so good and my son in law had one from Melbourne to Phillipines he found out this was good .
