I’m kicking myself for buying from Pain Free Aussies — I should have checked their reviews first. The shoes looked nothing like the photos, felt cheaply made, and literally started falling apart straight out of the box. The sizing was all over the place (ordered one size, got something totally different), the finish was rough, and the material gave off a strong chemical glue smell.

These guys are a drop shipping scam. They buy off Temu and AliBaba and resell at a mark-up.

I was hoping for comfort and durability—what I got was sub-par quality, sizing chaos, and dodgy service. Buyers beware.v

I bought this pair of shoes that have honestly been a game changer. They’re incredibly useful and effective, especially if you’re on your feet all day—standing or walking for long hours is no longer a struggle. What’s even better is how they’ve been a lifesaver for my plantar fasciitis. The support and cushioning are top-notch. I truly believe that no other expensive shoe could provide this level of comfort. It’s one of those purchases that you don't regret because they make such a difference in your day-to-day comfort. Ordered the wrong size by mistake but ladies were very helpful organising their return and the correct size sent . My shoes are so comfy its like walking on air

If I could give it more than 5 stars I would.I bought two pair of the barefoot shoes to try them out, as I was sceptical to begin with. The first few times I tried them out on shorter dog walks, but even though we went on concrete and gravel, I was still feeling good in these shoes. On our holiday to Japan I wore the shoes on the first day of sightseeing. I had a spare pair of “normal” shoes in my backback, as I was concerned I might not be ok. Those “normal” shoes did not see daylight on a day where we walked over 10kms in Tokyo. Day 2 I thought I would swap wear my “normal” shoes, which have a really good footbed and great support, after an hour my ankle and hip hurt and my feet did not feel great. This time I had the barefoot shoes in my backpack and swapped them over. Another 10k later my feet were still happy and so were my hip and ankle. I have to add that I have neuropathy in my feet post chemo and was often struggling to find shoes to wear. The barefoot shoes have been incredibly helpful.
I bought them initially because I read the great reviews, so here is mine :)
My partner wants to try them out now as well :)

Fantastic products from this company and the customer service was second to none, I had to return my shoes for a different size and it was all handled quickly with no questions asked

Painfeeaussies have been the best purchase for my feet, they are helping my knees, walking is so much easier on my feet At work. The staff have been very accommodating to make sure I purchased the right size shoe. Could not ask for a better company to deal with. I strongly recommend you purchase and see for yourself self .

Absolutely amazing! I ordered two pairs as I couldn’t make my mind up on the colour, once I made an order I got confused, and thought I may have ordered two the same colour. I reached out, and got a super quick, friendly response to confirm they were different. They arrived and wow! I am absolutely impressed, I’ve never had such a comfortable pair of shoes. Yes! I will absolutely be ordering in every colour! They are so comfortable, they look great, and I’ve had so many comments on them already xx I’m in love 🥰

Love This Pillow!

I didn’t think a pillow could actually help with wrinkles, but I’ve been using this one for a while now and I can really see a difference. My skin looks smoother in the mornings and I don’t wake up with those deep pillow lines anymore. It’s also super comfy — supports my head and neck perfectly and somehow keeps my face from getting squashed while I sleep.

The fabric feels so soft and cool, and I’ve even noticed my hair looks better in the mornings too. Honestly, I didn’t expect to love it this much, but now I can’t sleep without it. Totally worth it!

Purchased 2 pair Non-Slip Barefoot Shoes for Healthy Feet. Despite measuring, I ordered too small as I have wide foot, so suggest size up if in doubt. They replaced them for me to the next size and the shoes are very comfortable. My toes feel so free in them.

Love my Barefoot shoes,I know have 5 pairs. Great for everyday wear. I have a wide flat foot so they are perfect for me. Love all of the different colour ways. This company is doing a fantastic job with really good communication.

I love my new barefoot shoes. My toes finally fit comfortably inside a shoe, they don't squeeze my little toe, and for training at the gym, they're much better than any other type of sneakers since my feet stays flat and stable on the floor when lifting weights.

I ordered two pairs, and they were too small, so I contacted the company, and they easy exchanged my shoes for another size with no problem. The person who handled my case was always very kind and respectful. I am truly grateful for the support they provided me with, ensuring I was completely satisfied with my product.
