Where do I begin! Firstly, the lads at Paghvala are super professional yet friendly. It felt like I knew them for years which made the experience seamless yet fun! I bought all of my wedding/Jago items from them alongside my brother and father’s items. We exclusively shopped with Paghvala, no other shop hit the mark.
I highly recommend Paghvala, in fact, I can’t recommend them enough. You don’t get shops like this often. The service was top notch and they actually care about your clothes/experience rather than making a sale. When I’m ever in Southall, I’m going to stop by 💪🏽

Great Experience
Very personable, warm, detailed and overall excellent service.
The team at Pagh Vala advised carefully on sherwani styles, what suited and what didn’t, as well offering guidance in general on all things wedding related.
They were prompt with a personal touch for paag tying - I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. If you are looking for something unique for your event/wedding, this is the place and the people to go to!

If you're looking for a special and personal experience when choosing a Pagh, I highly recommend Pagh Vala. From start to finish, to afterwards, the team was incredible, and they made me feel completely at ease.
I have to give a special shout-out to Barinder, who was so patient, attentive and very down to earth. He dressed me on the day and took the time to make sure every detail was perfect. The Pagh looked amazing and I didn't even realise I was wearing one, which gave me confidence and paved the way, so I could enjoy the day ahead. Likewise, I received many positive compliments!
Leading up to the big day, Jags helped me with my trial, ensuring I was happy with the style and fit beforehand, as well as easing my many questions and provided so much support with the rest of my outfit. Surinder provided excellent assistance in-between with helpful styling and guidance, making the whole process seamless.
The service and quality at Pagh Vala are second to none. They have an incredible selection of outfits, jewellery and all the accessories anyone could need, with a very personal, and caring team. Overall, my experience was fantastic and I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone who wants the perfect Pagh, complete outfit or accessory, and a truly personal experience!

High Quality, Friendly and Professional
Hello,
Just wanted to say a massive thank you to Pagh Vala for tying my pagh for my wedding day!
The pagh looked great and I had no issues with it all day, did not feel uncomfortable in any way which made the day a lot more relaxed for me.
They were really friendly and professional which eased any nerves and provided a great service. Punctuality was great, no issues with any timings which again ensured the day went smoothly.
I would definitely recommend Pagh Vala to anyone, they were absolutely fantastic!

What can we , very professional from day one, always helpful very polite.

Amazing Pagh and great experience!
Barinder (Pagh Vala) did my brother's Pagh 7 years ago and I told him he would do mine whenever I got married!
Before the big day we visited the store and Surinder was very helpful. He was very knowledgeable on what colours and contrasts looked best. I also bought the Mojeh and hired a matching Kirpan from them too.
On the wedding day I was running late but Barinder was so lovely and wanted to ensure I had the best Pagh. Thank you so much for a great look and experience!

My son booked the service for his turban to be tied for his wedding day. He was expecting the guy to come around 7am. My son messaged the night before wedding to confirm and ask if he could come a bit earlier. No reply. No reply at 6am/ 6.30/7.00/7.15. No one came. Every one in our house 7.45 and groom not ready. Called office 7am they said some one could come but would take an hour to get to us. Totally ruined everything for us. Terrible service for a very important day in my son's life. His turban had to be tied by family member and it was not a good look but we had to leave for his wedding. This has really had snow impact on our family. His wedding photos are not what we/he wanted his turban image to be. Very angry and upset

We’re sorry to hear about the inconvenience and frustration you experienced on your son's special day. We deeply regret the disappointment this situation has caused, and we appreciate your feedback, which allows us to address the issue and provide better service in future.
Just to clarify what happened on the day. Unfortunately, our turban tier who was assigned for your job was delayed due to the first groom booking fell ill whilst they were tying their turban resulting in the delay of our whole schedule run. When we were contacted by yourself we explained the unforeseen circumstances and our delayed estimated time of arrival to the family. However it was noted by yourself that this would cause the delay of the departure of Baraat. Therefore, considering your schedule, we proposed to you that the turban tying could occur at our nearby location before Baraat arrival at the venue but this was declined so instead, we agreed to come to the wedding venue. Our representative arrived before the Baraat and arranged the room for turban tying and waited there for an hour until he was told to leave as you don’t need the service anymore.
We completely understand your frustration, and we want to assure you that we had the best intentions in mind to ensure your son looked his best on his special day as this can be confirmed by your son by our honest approach on all his previous visits to our store.
We value your feedback and will take steps to prevent such situations from happening in the future but sometimes it’s not in our control. If there is anything further we can do to make amends, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. We hope that despite this setback, your son's wedding was filled with joy and beautiful moments and we wish him best of luck for his future.
