My experience with Page Bloom Publishers has been extremely disappointing and financially concerning. Based on my personal dealings, I strongly advise others to proceed with caution before entering into any agreements with this company.
Despite having signed contracts outlining specific deliverables and timelines, multiple obligations were not fulfilled as agreed. Projects that were promised within defined timeframes were either significantly delayed or never completed. This lack of follow-through created both financial loss and unnecessary stress.
Additionally, refund commitments have not been handled in a timely or consistent manner. Even when partial refunds were discussed and agreed upon, the process has been prolonged without clear communication or resolution. This has raised serious concerns regarding accountability and business practices.
Communication with representatives, including members of the finance team and individuals such as Sabrina Allen and Nick Williams, has been inconsistent and, at times, unclear. Attempts to obtain updates or resolutions often resulted in repeated delays or conflicting information.
From my perspective, this experience reflects a pattern of unmet contractual obligations, poor communication, and difficulty recovering funds. I encourage anyone considering working with this company to carefully review all agreements, document every interaction, and ensure protections are in place before making any financial commitments.
