I never received my order. Their tracking system is one I’ve never heard of and a photo of delivery is not available. I submitted two tickets to their help desk and received a response weeks later that I’d need to “take it up with the post office.” Poor experience and terrible customer service.

High quality products, given to family members as gifts. They were well received and appreciated.

We have about 8 page anchors. I have them in every area we read. My new favorite place to bring it is when I get my nails done. I can lay my book flat and get my gel nails done. If you know a book lover or are encouraging a new book lover, buy this! The new heat book anchor is so sweet. Highest quality, worth the price.

i ordered from page anchor at the end of june and within a few days my anchor was shipped from america to germany. in some places our inland post is slower. the packaging of the anchor was also very high quality. a microfiber cloth and a small bag, each with page anchor logo, were also sent as accessories. i am really excited. the page anchor now has a place of honor on my bookshelf.

The gift packaging was very classy and created a lovely feeling of anticipation when opening the gift. I had ordered two enamel page anchors one black one pink and they looked so beautiful.
I was delighted to give these as presents and they were received with just as much delight. A beautiful gift for avid readers.

Terrible, avoid at all costs.

Promised to ship goods in 1 day, took them 8 days despite the product been in stock. Didn't answer numerous emails, don't publish any phone numbers so once they have your money you are, well ... screwed

Although l had to wait a long time for my Page Anchor to reach Australia because of Covid, Lukas responded very promptly to my queries. I am thrilled with it and may order more for my family of avid readers

Very good quality and came with nice packing. Have some delivery issues at first but was quickly resolved.

Even though I placed my order on the 3rd of December, the company still managed to miss delivery in time of Christmas. Also, please note that the company offers delivery within 2-6 business days from the shipment date, but this is obviously not the case.

So, all in all, a bad experience dealing with this unprofessional company.

Although a beautiful piece. The sharp edges of the anchor damage the pages of my books and unless very careful while moving, it can tear the pages. Love the idea by wish it was crafted better, perhaps rounded instead for pointed corners.
