Pagazzi Lighting - Boundary Mill Store - Colne Omdömen 22

Initially contacted the shop for request of a product. The person who answered was polite and incredibly helpful. Told me, unfortunately, the item I wanted was only available online.

Purchased online & was just over the cut off point for next day delivery - so assumed it might be a day later. However, it arrived the next day.

Incredibly fast & efficient service & the item is as described.

Very positive experience & would recommend.

We saw the light fitting on display in one of Pagazzi's concession stores, but they didn't have one in stock and couldn't forecast if or when they could get one for us. Buying from the Pagazzi website was easy and they use DPD for deliveries, who are probably the best courier service that delivers to our area. Finally the light looks amazing in our living room.

Very helpful staff and nothing was too much for them.

The order was seen to quite quickly. We received the table lamps within a couple of days.
Unfortunately one lamp had markings around the base. The other lamp was damp from condensation with what looked like rust spots on the top.
We notified Pagazzi straight away and arrangements for returning the items very quickly. At the moment we are waiting for our refund.
This experience would not deter us from buying from Pagazzi again

They only had two of the three lights required but the male assistant made a phone call which enabled me to order another light to be delivered directly to me.

Great products, free delivery

Exactly what I ordered, came on time, well packaged and intact. These items are extremely fragile and this is the second time I have broken one when attempting to clean them. Nice to know can get hold of one if I have another accident.

Ordered a mirror over the phone as none in store, told it wouldn't be next day delivery as it was a mirror but should be with you within 3 to 4 days already been 7 days told it won't be delivered for at least another week to 10 days.

An item I had planned to order was out of stock. I started a webchat online and the assistant was very helpful, checked and discovered that the item had just been re-stocked.
I ordered the item online; it arrived within a day.
The product was perfectly in order but unfortunately, not suitable for my room.
I followed Returns instructions and emailed them; they promptly responded and gave me instructions on how to return the item. Within seconds of dropping the item off at one of the collection sites near me, I got an email confirming my return.
Excellent service. Now I will await the refund.

Did not have this item in store was able to order over the phone this was easy to do in store

Parts were out of stock when we first found our shades, which were replacing ones that had been up over 20yrs, but that was at the shop in Boundary mill, so we tried for 3wks and then the sales lady rang the main shop to find 2 only left. I rang the main shop later to find nil left, I e-mailed to find new ones due and ordered on line, we received them 3 days later, lovely now fitted.

I bought 2 Pagazzi ceiling lights after seeing them in Boundary Mills Colne, they only had one in stock and suggested ordering from Pagazzi online . Ordered Saturday night arrived Tuesday morning. Very happy with the choice, quality, price and service. Will buy again. Highly recommend.
