Great service. Shane and Andy both very knowledgeable and helpful. Answering any questions or queries we had in a very professional manner. Quite a large installation that took 2 days. Very little interruption to the every day running of our business. Would certainly recommend this company to others. Well done Padel Services.

New telephone system and ongoing support
Padel Services installed a new telephone system for us last year. The whole team are excellent, I particularly like the access to support and dealing with a nice team of people you know. The installation and training process was smooth and further changes we wanted to make recently have been done efficiently and are exactly what we wanted from a telephone system. Shane was our main contact for the installation and he was excellent - helpful, friendly and a great trainer for our staff. He is always available to assist with any help we need.

Our Company has just moved over to Padel, combining our telephony and broadband for the first time. The migration went very smoothly and we are delighted with the results. Our questions were answered quickly and the training given was excellent. Our staff are very please with the much improved broadband speed. I would have no hesitation in recommending Padel.

Brilliant start to finish
The company was brilliant from start to finish. They were more than happy to make changes during setup to ensure everything worked well for our clients. The engineers were helpful, professional, and genuinely lovely to work with. On the rare occasion we’ve had an issue, they answer the phone immediately and attend the same day. Padelservices has a thorough customer service. They respond to calls within a few rings then listens and actions issues swiftly. Andy who came to replace our old system is friendly, has patience and is an experienced telephone engineer. He did a great job in removing then installing our new telephone system.

Amazing Support and Customer Relations
We were searching for a new provider for a while and wasn't sure who to go with. Absolutely delighted and over the moon with the support and client relations we have received at Bread Ahead. Absolutely amazing service from start to finish. Our phone system went down on the Tuesday and Padel Services were installing our new system by the Thursday morning. They were amazing the whole time they were here and showed us how to use in great detail our lovely new phones. Can't say thanks enough to Shane and Andy for the whole installation. Upgrade of VoIP system
Padel provided us with an upgrade of our VoIP system from our current provider to a new iPECS system. The process and installation was seamless and the engineers were very knowledgeable and helpful and ensured all our staff were suitably trained on using the system. Would recommend.
