This is a full blown SCAM. They use the name "Padel pro" but add "Store". They're mimicking PadelPROShop. I had to finally get my credit card company on them and I got my $$ back.
Remember: if it ends with STORE, they're a fraud, PadelProSHOP is legit.
Dishonest people SUCK!

Avoid at all costs - take your money, don’t ship your item and no one to contact. Should have checked trust pilot, name very similar to reputable Padel company so very misleading.

FRAUD. Do not give them any business whatsoever. They do not ship out anything.

It’s a scam website , I don’t know why Shopify doesn’t take it down. They have been operating since a long time they charge the card never ship out. They don’t have customer service number and they don’t reply to emails. It’s an AI generated website

Not sure why the police aren’t yet involved to shut down this scam company. I have the same story as all the other reviews here- paid for shoes online; shoes never arrived; no phone number that answers; no replies to emails

Complete scam. Website looks legit, but I should have know when they said they had to invoice me to pay. No one does that. you pay before you leave the site.
Had to go to my credit card company for refund as they never answered email or WhatsApp. There is no direct phone number

They don’t send me my shipping info and I think it’s a fake based on the reviews now got scammed and don’t know how to get a refund on my debit card. Seller out of reach

Absolutely fraudulent store. File claims at reportfraud.ftc.gov to stop these scammers. They sent confirmation emails that my order was placed/shipped. Never received. When I reached out found out company was a fake.

Not legitimate online store. Purchased Tennis bag. Emailed me an order number and tracking number. Tried to track my order and its a fake tracking number. No reply to my email or phone calls. Never received the tennis bag.

I purchased a pair of shoes I never received. Couldn’t reach anyone at the company for support. It’s a complete scam.

This is a scam website! Do not ordered! They even sent a fake tracking no. from Fedex. They cheat on next level! You never receive a reply from them and of course no money back. I opened a case with the bank to get my money back.

Scam company, paid £650 for a padel racket and it didnt turn up.Sent a fake fedex shipment confirmation. Please aboid at all costs

Fake delivery to Europę paid and not received anything

Es ist leider totaler Scam. Ich bin drauf reingefallen und habe 1.400€ verloren… habe Anzeige erstattet in Amerika und Deutschland, sowie bei der Bank.
Habe bestellt, sah alles gut aus. Dann kam die Info, dass die Sendung verschickt wurde. Leider war das aber eine Fake Tracking number und die Firma ist auf keinem Kanal mehr zu erreichen. Bis vor ein paar Tagen hatten sie noch einen großen Instgram Auftritt - dieser ist auch schon geschlossen.

Ich habe dann neu bestellt bei padelshop.com. Am Donnerstag bestellt und am Freitag kam die Sendung schon an - unglaublicher Service

If you do not believe me try contacting them, no replies whatsoever, they even sent out a false shipment that I never received.

Total and utter scam

I received a wrong padel racket, which I promised to keep if I receive a gift card. They promised, but nothing received and now they are not replying to any mails or whatsapps. I would avoid this site.

Ordered a padel racket it was a fake FedEx number. I have taken issue up with American Express waiting for money to be returned could take up to 8 weeks. avoid at all costs this is a scam!
