Luggage is secured with a chain near the front door not in a separate room.
There are three shops all called Paddington Luggage Storage right next to each other so make sure you go to the correct location.

Smooth and Reliable Luggage Storage Experience
I used a luggage storage service during my stay in London, and it was very convenient and reliable. The staff were polite, and the process was smooth. Being able to explore the city without carrying my suitcase made my trip much more enjoyable.

Safe place to leave luggage
The luggage storage shop was very close to Paddington - the drop-off and pick-up was very easy. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Good location and good value.
Rather perturbed to see the actual foreign currency shop where the left luggage is stored. However, the gentleman who met us was polite and reassuring, and the luggage was secure and still there when we got back. Very well priced. Easily located opposite Paddington station so very convenient.

Strongly recommended storage service
I left my suitcase at Paddington Luggage Storage for a few hours last week and found it to be a very smooth experience. Efficient, safe, fast, reasonably priced and friendly. And really convenient, as it only took me about 3 minutes to get there from Paddington Station. I strongly recommend it.

A Rolls-Royce Service
We stored 4 large cases here upon arrival in London - and then a second time a few days later after checking-out of our hotel. We booked online using their website and everything went very well. I feel compelled to write this review as the service they provide is very good - efficient - and budget friendly. If you're using or near Paddington Station, book with them.

Great luggage storage service today…
Used the luggage storage service today and everything went smoothly. The stuff were friendly, helpful and efficient. I booked online it was a very easy process. They even offered to help with our heavy bags without being asked. Great value half the price of the train station lockers. Would definitely use again in the future.

I used it last minute the other day to store my luggage, no problems and was able to pay in cash, as it was last minute. Stuff felt secure and safe.
