My experience was overall very pleasant. I did have difficulty understanding the accents but I understood what to do in the end. I was not aware of completing the portal status after I uploaded the scanback documents. So, for the next assignment, could you include the full instructions on what needs to happen to close out the portal completely.

"Extremely disappointed with the lack of transparency in their pricing. I requested a price multiple times and was given a specific total. Even after providing my exact address upfront, they completely failed to mention any additional costs. Once the notarization was completely finished, they tacked on an extra $49 'mileage fee' that was never stated beforehand. When I brought this up, they refused to admit any wrongdoing and treated me with total disregard. Watch out for hidden fees with this business."

They are clear in their instructions and follow up regularly. This helps me organize my orders and day's work.

Efficient platform layout but I could use a 2 hour post assignment time auto trigger if I haven't updated the status. I usually update the status as soon as we're done signing then start my review and scan and upload. But if there's a variation on that theme, I may forget to upload the status. I would also like a "not done yet" option for status, because I do not know until we start what challenges signers face to sign and date, etc. Shaky hands, reduced cognitive ability, dyslexia, eyesight restrictions, and reduced ability to focus all slow down signing time expectations.

I had an AWESOME first experience working with Pac Signing, their staff and the borrower I was assigned to for my first signing! I had not heard of Pac Signing previously, but they reached out to me personally by directly texting me and calling my cell for a signing. I replied "Yes, I am available" and they asked me to call them back to be assigned, so I called, spoke to Kunal and he sent me my first signing within 20 minutes of our talk. In the next hour or two, I called the borrower and set up all my notary/signing agent credentials on their website. Their portal was new to me. I've actually been locked out of the portal a couple times in my first couple days, but I communicated with them via phone call or text and they quickly got me approved and having access back into the portal. I've had wonderful communication with them and great feedback through my whole experience. They have all spoken to me kindly and with thankfulness which makes me feel warm, comfortable and confident in doing my best for them. I feel very blessed and fortunate to have been personally called and picked to work with them! I couldn't have had a more perfect first signing! I can't wait to have more opportunities to work with this great team! Here's to many more signings, cheers!

The experience with Pac Signing was wonderful. Unfortunately the portal is not mobile friendly. Cannot upload scans or make updates through the portal.

I worked on the following order for PAC Signing, I was the notary assigned - Right from the moment I talked to the scheduler, things went very smooth, the scheduler was courteous, responsive w/ sense of urgency and very punctual in providing the closing docs, I work with several companies on a daily basis, but you guys dont pinch for pennies... yours is one of the best.... other companies play a very low ball, high demanding, rude and never supply the docs on time and expect the notaries to be on their toes ready to spring in to action - I am glad I worked with you and I can promote your service to potential customers - KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK - Respect goes both ways.. you treated me with respect and you earned it back - THANK YOU

Receiving the opportunity to be a mobile notary for PacSign is great. They were timely in answering any questions and they always were respectful to me.

They were on the transaction to make sure I understood the instructions...after closing they did a thorought rview for any corrections prior to drop but instead of waiting a long time..they got to it immediately after they received the scan...much appreciated
