Great experience
I ordered the premium finish ss03 megatron and loved it. Packaging was amazing and so was the figure. Pricing was the best I could find as well. 5/5 would recommend

I paid extra for fast shipping and did not get fast shipping.
I paid extra for fast shipping. I didn't receive it any earlier than normal so I asked for the fast shipping fee back of $10.23 .This company didn't even ship my package until late the next day then wanted to blame it on the hurricanes. Now they are ignoring me and blocked me from their website. I don't recommend. Horrible service. My item was late. When you said Thursday or Friday and it showed up Saturday. What is that called? I paid 10.23$ for 2-4 day shipping. I received it in 5. Can you do the math? They also blocked me from their website and refuse to reply to me on email but can reply to my review. It's $10.23 if a company is this greedy over that then they need to shut the doors. Amazon and eBay have all the figures they have with a better price and now that I've experienced them the same shipping date. Also the box to the figure was damaged. And my figure was opened and taken out of the box. Horrible service. Scam artists

As explained in our shipping policy, orders placed after 11:00 AM are shipped the next day. Your order was placed after 11:00 AM on Monday, and it was shipped at 2:20 PM on Tuesday. You received your order on Saturday, 4 days after shipment. This is within the estimated USPS Priority Mail delivery estimate of 2-4 days. Despite the weather delays in your area due to Hurricane Helene, your order still arrived on time. Even though your order was delivered within the estimated time frame, you insisted on a refund of your shipping costs. We offered a full refund for your order upon return of the product, which you declined. Demanding a shipping refund when your order was not late is considered an attempt at fraud. We have a zero-tolerance policy against fraud and also harassment.

Stood by their product, overall very positive experience
Ordered a D&D Black Dragon Trophy Plaque (originally made by WizKids, a WOTC subsidiary) from PackTurtle and the order shipped quickly and was incredibly well-packaged.
When it arrived I had some questions about the paint job on the model not matching the promo images from WizKids (the dragon heads do not have the green overtone shown in WizKids' promo images) and reached out to PackTurtle to ask about it. Despite PackTurtle only being a reseller and not manufacturing original item, Cheryl sent photos of each of the Black Dragon Trophy Plaques they had in inventory and offered to either do an exchange for any of the heads in their inventory or a refund if I was unhappy with the paint job on the trophy I had received.
After looking at each of the items in inventory I could tell it was a quality control issue on WOTC's end and not an issue with the specific item sent by PackTurtle so I kept the one I had, but PackTurtle's willingness to back the quality of their products, even when they weren't the original manufacturer, is something I don't usually see with resellers.
Additionally, Cheryl was incredibly polite and helpful throughout the entire process. I wouldn't hesitate to shop from them again in the future and highly recommend them as an online merchant.
