We apply for advanced CTP facility system , from artwork to plate direct. Printing is the core process of the packaging production. Caicheng used brand new Heidelberg printing machine to meet your high quality standard . With capacity of over one million boxes per month .we have full rage of after-print facility and most of theequipments are fully automated . Such as film laminated machine, foil stamping machine, die cutting machine, paper mounting machines, box pasting machines. As well as different kinds of testing machines to insure our quality consistency .

We work with Packccp (CCprinting) for customised cosmetic boxes, and the overall experience is always very smooth. Irene is our account manager and she is amazing, always responsive and helps us check the artwork, paper options, and finishing details before production.
I have been to factory to visit many times too when needing a bit extra of their time and expertise.
Our retail cartons look clean and expensive and very professional. Communication is always easy, which makes the whole process of working with them almost effortless. Honestly Irene is my favourite supplier to work with.

Honestly shocked by the print quality…
Honestly shocked by the print quality on these custom mailer boxes. But the outer packaging for the shipment was kinda flimsy, wish it was more protective.
