We recently used this house removals company for a full city-to-city move and I honestly could not recommend them more highly. From the very beginning, the entire experience was professional, organised, friendly, and completely stress-free. The team handled absolutely everything for us. They carefully packed all of our belongings with great attention to detail, dismantled furniture quickly and safely, transported everything securely to our new home, then rebuilt everything exactly where we wanted it. Every single item was placed into the correct room, which made unpacking and settling in so much easier.

What really stood out was the level of care and communication throughout the move. They constantly checked with us to make sure everything was done exactly how we wanted, listened to every request, and made us feel completely confident that our belongings were in safe hands. Moving house is usually stressful, but their experience, organisation, and attention to detail gave us total peace of mind from start to finish.

I hired the company, and in mid-January my boxes were shipped, arriving at their final destination on March 29th, a Sunday.
Whenever I reached out for updates, I was always met with quick and courteous responses.
Upon delivery, the boxes were intact and nothing was damaged.
Excellent service, punctuality, and respect.

Jarek and the team were fantastic. They arrived ahead of the expected time (called to check this was okay) and handled all of our belongings with care. We will definitely be using them again in the future!

We had a great experience moving with Jarek and the team at pack & go. Jarek was very responsive in the lead up and on the day of the move. The team tackled every unexpected tricky manoeuvre well, finding ways to get all our furniture moved out and in safely. Communication was great the whole way through and they took a huge amount of the stress out of the day. Would recommend for any move.

If you value your time, just use them for as much as they offer.
They are so quick and efficient, they'll save you so much hassle, they've done it all before and they can do it so much faster than you, just use them.
