Excellent Company have used these guys a few times now and I’m really pleased with the quality delivery and price as well. I am now using them as my full-time supplier at the product that I buy. Thank you for great service as always.

My first time ordering from this company and unfortunately it was a very disappointing experience.

The mailing tubes I received were of poor quality. The tube at the top of the box had a large section of cardboard peeling away, which would have been clearly visible at the time of packing. Several others in the boxes were misshapen and dented. With mailing tubes, this kind of damage compromises structural integrity, making them unsuitable for posting prints safely.

The cardboard itself was also very thin and easily crushable, which did not give confidence that the tubes would withstand normal postal handling.

Although the company acknowledged that the issue was an error on their side, I was required to pay for return postage and the original delivery charge was not refunded. I also had to chase the refund, as I did not receive confirmation that the return had been received or that a refund had been processed. When I contacted them, I was informed that the refund had been issued seven working days earlier, but I am still waiting for the funds to appear in my account.

Overall, this was not the level of quality or service I expected, and I would not order from them again.

I used to use this company a couple of times per year for bubble envelopes. i found them through eBay so would either buy directly on their website or via eBay. Whichever was best value at the time.
Always had good service & no issues.

......However, recently i had to clear all my cache and i can't access my account to review orders, or to place an order again through my account. (password not correct)
I wanted to print off all my orders for Tax Return proof of purchases.
I did the reset password twice over a 3 day period (nothing came, even spam), i then reached out to them via contact button and radio silence - well over a week since contact.

got tired of waiting for a response so have ordered through somewhere else now. (luckily i found emails for the Purchase info for 2 orders, just missing some earlier ones)
I will update if i do hear back from them though.
