I placed an order on October 7, 2024. I tracked the order for weeks. I wrote two emails. They said my order was on the way. On November 7, 2024, I received one small package in the mailbox. I opened it up and it was a cheap ring. I didn't order a ring! I email them for my refund back. Something has to be done to this fraudulent company. Never again will I fall for such low prices. I have to reorder all my Christmas gifts somewhere else.

They took my money they continuously tried to tell me that packages were delivered those packages were not delivered I'm currently working with my bank it was amazing $50 but in today's world that's a lot of money they were Christmas presents that I ordered and they keep saying they deliver reordered and then they deliver it never shows up they stole my money I placed the order on the 3rd of October and the 12th of October never got any packages they keep saying they are a reputable company no you're not your thieves

Is anybody try to sue these people we just letting them get away with this

I fell into their trap also. Disappointed is not the word. I have other words to call them, but I am a christian lady and will not call them out. I ordered these items for the Holiday because I don't have the energy to shop. I am being treated for cancer and was looking forward to receiving these items. I don't like being taken advantage of. Too good to be true. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE SCAMMERS and took my hard earned money. By the way, they don't deserve even a one star, I want to give them a big NEGATIVE 10.

I place my order on October 5th received a email today 11/8/2024 saying my package was successfully delivered @ 10:34 I NEVER RECEIVED IT so I emailed the company 3 times never got a response back they gave a fake tracking number I WOULD NEVER... RECOMMEND THIS PLACE OH BY THE WAY THE NUMBER THEY GIVE FOR YOU TO CONTACT THEM IS NO LONGER IN SERVICE could you say SCAM

not happy at all with this company,i also ordered merchandise on the 25tgh of august,and got email saying that my pckg was delivered on the 26th of sept. informed them no it wasnt and regardless of the tracking courier saying it wasnt delivered.waiting for my refund now.NEVER AGAIN FROM THIS COMPANY

I ignored reviews, I'm SO sorry I did!
They do not update on delivery status, you can track by going to a logistics platform.
Don't expect items in a timely matter, if at all! I placed my order on Oct 6. 2024. Made contact via email the first of November.
I was told delivery had been made, it had not. I asked for proof, non provided. Was given the run around with empty apologies and lame excuses, I was eventually informed they would return 90% of my purchase price.
I told them they would return 100% of my purchase price. Save yourself the headaches; DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Waste of your hardearned money and valuable time! Ignore Pachtaxite entirely and order from reputable companies.

PACHTAXITE is a scam they do not deliver any clothing.
this company took my money and no merchandise i order I did not get in no form of delivery they are a very low with the price they need to be sued
get your bank to reverse the charges. there is no phone number, nor a physical address and no one never contact you back when you email them. This is the most scamming company i ever met

This company is a scam I order merchandise from this company Pachtaxite Outlet out of China where allegedly is where it ships from. I never received my package ordered over 30 days ago.

When you track your package it appears to be up to date then will state "Delivered". This is false, please don't order from this fake scam company.

It's been almost a month. Looks like this company is running a scam. They must be stopped from robbing innocent people.

They haven't sent my order. There's no way to contact them. I am going to give the web site to the police here their information.

I thought I was getting a great deal at a great price. Once I paid, I didn’t even get a confirmation number. Nothing came in my email my money was taken and I never received anything. I’m on disability and my money has a stretch so to deal with the company that is so disreputable in sneaky put me in a financial situation not that you care I know. Never see my money again but I will also never check your site again and anyone I know I will let them know don’t ever shop from your site if they want to keep the money

I had a terrible experience with LinHan.The Logistics company.

I’ve been monitoring my package continuously on Track 718, and it took 31 days to arrive. They marked it as delivered to my doorstep, but it never actually showed up. Very disappointed with the service and lack of service! I checked my mailbox, yard, asked neighbors, and even reached out to family to ensure it wasn’t misplaced. Nothing.

When I contacted customer service to resolve the issue, they were unhelpful and dismissive. Despite multiple follow-ups, I still have no package and no refund. This experience has been frustrating and feels like a scam. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable delivery service.
