Do not trust these guys at all. They email asking for payment within one hour or they say they will delay shipment. Stupid made up tax and customs fees one after another. Stay away from any supplier using this company, as they are probably all in on the scams . Avoid like the plague
Have had my package of a car part since September 17th.They are demanding $150 extra fee to send my 15 pound package air.They claim this is refundable.It feels sketchy and like a scam.I already paid shipping.Was not told this OR prepared to pay this.So they hold your package hostage.It feels like extorsion.Now I am trying to find someone just to pay this and noone knows anything if you are lucky to get them on the phone.Transfered me one time to a guy who said he had been fired a month ago so he did not know why they transferred me to his phone.TOTAL DISORGANIZATION.The chat bot on main page is always asleep and never responds.Emails are dead ends.I feel totally stuck,ripped off and assume my expensive carpart will never get here.Do not use these people.Total garbage of a company.Never seen anything like it.Operating with no customer service and no employees that know anything at all.Will never allow anything to be shipped to me using these jokers again.Do not use them.ANYBODY is better than this.
