I was worries about the goods on their journey from Oz to the UK, but it was packaged superbly and delivery fee only £14.
They have all the exclusives that the UK don't get or get too late.
Love their website and the member benefits, so glad I found them.

I've dealt with a fair few pop culture stores, but Ozzie Collectables is easily one of the best. What I appreciate most is the no-nonsense approach... they just seem to 'get it'. You don't have to wade through gimmicks or sales fluff to find what you need because the website is actually logical and easy to navigate.

The range is massive, but it’s the pricing that keeps me coming back... very reasonable compared to some of the other big retailers who markup everything. Communication was spot on throughout the whole process. It really feels like a business run by people who know that collectors just want good stock at a fair price without the runaround. Highly recommend.

I absolutely love this company for ordering collectibles such as Funko Pops, they always come in perfect prestine condition. Each Pop you order will come with a Pop sleeve which will protect your Pop. They also ship to Canada which is where I live which I absolutely love!

I am have received my goods a little later than expected but they are here and that’s the main thing.
I paid for the hefty price for the express delivery, which still arrives later than expected, but my main issue is with the courier who provided no updates for 6 days and it appeared as though the item was sat in the airport in Australia for 6 days, when it should have arrived to my home within 3-5 days. The lack of updates caused a lot of worry and concerns. But the item arrived safely in the end

I don’t normally torch companies publicly, but good grief, Ozzie Collectables earned every spark. My experience with them was a masterclass in how NOT to run a business.

Let’s start with the scammy bit:

DOUBLE SHIPPING — ONE BOX

They charged me TWO separate shipping fees, then shoved everything into ONE box like they were packing leftovers at a church fundraiser. If I pay for two shipments, I’d like two bloody shipments. Revolutionary concept, I know.

CUSTOMER SERVICE OR CUSTOMER INSULT?

When I reached out to say, “Hey, you charged me twice—care to fix this?”
Their response might as well have been:

> “Go screw yourself.”

No apology. No explanation. No accountability. Just attitude and the kind of arrogance you usually only see from toddlers and certain politicians.

SNEAKY, DECEPTIVE, AND UNPROFESSIONAL

They knew they overcharged. They knew what they promised. And instead of fixing it, they doubled down and acted like I was the problem.

If a company wants repeat customers, maybe—oh, I don’t know—don’t treat them like marks in some back-alley collectible hustle?

Fix the double shipping charges. Replace the item I ordered with the correct one. Own your mistake.

Most pop figures arrived in perfect condition, although a replacement wasnt offered for the damaged pops, ozzie coins were offered as compensation

Ordered an item that was ‘in stock’ still waiting for it to be dispatched over a month later. Only received 1 update to say it can take a while during busy periods but I think over a month is unacceptable. Have asked them to cancel order and provide a full refund. I won’t be using this company again. I will amend my review to 1 star if no refund is forthcoming
