A Proud Hasbean Subscriber
I’m a Hasbean subscriber of some 80 bags and can honestly say that I have enjoyed every single one of them. Of course I have enjoyed some more than others but Steve & colleagues put their all into their products and this love & enthusiasm shows so much that it is infectious & I love exploring all their different offerings.
Communication is great, Steve is a hoot and I like supporting a Midlands company. Long may they reign & remain!!

Thanks so much for your kind words + the review!
Simply Excellent.
This is one of the best businesses you will ever deal with. The coffee is excellent quality at a reasonable price and the service is faultless. I have tried a good number of different roasters over the years and Hasbean is by far the best.

The best coffee roasters without a…
The best coffee roasters without a doubt.
I have been a customer for years with 2 different subscriptions on the go and have never been sent coffee that wasn't at least good and usually excellent. The roasting is mostly always spot on and the variety of coffee they source is way better than any others I've come across.
That's not to mention the wealth of information about the beans, growers etc., it's very clear these folks are in it for the coffee.
Excellent customer service as well, any problems I've had with delivery have been sorted out swiftly.
Away you go now and sign up for In My Mug if you haven't already.

Hiya Allan,

Such a nice luxury to have
I think I've been using the delivery service for about 6 months now, receiving coffee every fortnight.
The coffee is bloody delightful. Great beans, always very fresh. Lovely tasting notes.
Having nice coffee is just such a nice little luxury that I allow myself, I would recommend it to anyone.
PS I buy whole beans and prepare them using an electric grinder and an aeropress. I drink it black.

Hi Laura!
Thank you so much for your review :) So nice to hear that our coffee can be that little luxury for you and you're enjoying your fortnightly subscription!
Since early 2012
Since early 2012, I've been buying coffee from Hasbean. I have ordered everything from decaf beans to sacks of green to a custom blend for my wedding guests!
(Actually I haven't ever ordered pre-ground so can't comment on that.)
Here is why I have never so much as looked at another coffee company since the early early days of my joyous relationship with Habean :-)
• Excellent quality of coffee beans, tasty tasty TASTY
• Astonishing variety of origins and suppliers
• Good sourcing practice, supporting sustainable coffee-growing
• Prompt service, fast delivery (at caffeine speeds)
• Excellent customer service with requests, questions, complaints personally attended to and resolved fast
• Courteous and friendly staff with good sense of humour
• Excellent range of subscription offers and products
• Just absolutely delicious coffee ... did I already say that? ... some days it feels like I get out of bed only for the Hasbean
• All the above delivered consistently week after week, year after year
Full marks for it all, Hasbean! You are an excellent business, and one which I'm so very happy to continue supporting.
