Another 30 day trial return request unanswered

I would like to return the earbuds as they don't have active noise cancelling (for which I specially looked on Google which gave me these earbuds multiple times) and therefore are less effective at stopping noises than my wax earplugs.

On the Ozlo website they listed a 30 day return policy but once I received my order I got an e-mail saying that orders with a discount can't be returned! Ozlo didn't respond to the return request I sent them.

The current design of our Sleepbuds® does not support active noise cancellation. However, most studies show that ANC isn’t best for a sleep environment. Our Sleepbuds® instead use passive noise blocking to reduce snoring and other sounds, along with noise masking audio (like white noise, ocean waves, or a babbling brook) to cover and replace any remaining noise. This “block, cover and replace” noise-masking technology is different from active noise cancellation, and our testing indicates that it’s more effective for the sleep use case in a bedroom environment.

Very professional and caring customer support

Very good detailed support with step by step approaches to find a solution. The back and forth emails were reasonably fast (2 to 3 days on average). In the end, after exploring different solutions a replacement was proposed with again a simple and smooth process

Since you did not allow my review on your website I paste is here:

I’ve used other sleep headphones before, so I expected these to be a big improvement given their high price. I used the Soundcore A10s, and here’s why I ended up disappointed:
- The case battery drains extremely fast with my old headphones, I could go days without recharging, but not with these.Even after the latest software updates, Bluetooth connection issues remain.
- For this price, I’d expect them to connect instantly when placed in my ears, but instead, I often have to reset by putting both buds back in the case, reopening the app, and waiting for a connection.
- These cost three times more than my previous sleep buds, yet I can’t find a single improvement that justifies the higher price. I don’t care about the new BLE technology if it means losing the basic convenience my older pair provided.

Very disappointed with these expensive…

Very disappointed with these expensive sleep buds. As a very poor sleeper I’m awake for a few hours throughout the night so unfortunately you only get 8 hours duration. I did contact them about the short duration but basically told that’s the maximum.

After upgrade no more useable

After upgrade no more useable. The earbuds always lose connection while streaming. You move your body/head a little bit and you are off. If you are lucky you get reconnected.

Since 1.5 months I never woke up with a working streaming connection. The issue was clearly introduced by a recent update on android.

For more informations see the reddit forum. There a dozens of person reporting the same issue, but the company doesn't acknowledge it.

Having used them for about 4 months - I would not recommend

Having used them for about 4 months, I would return them if I could. Battery does not last all night when using Bluetooth, connectivity issues are maddening, and the range (you must be about 3M from the case or lose signal) is subpar. Interesting design concept, but does not meet expectations and I would not recommend.

Not worth it!

The physical product is pretty good. That's not my negative review.
The software however is not worth it.
You can't connect it to anything other than their own software, and general connection is really random.
If they fix this, i'll change my review

Absolutely horrible customer service and bad quality sleep pods…

Absolutely horrible customer service and overpriced sleep pds for the quality you get.
I had the Bose sleep pods before. The Ozlo sleep pods are even a 100 eur more expensive, but from the beginning I had connection issues every night, charging issues and functionality was just not there. Hoping it’s a problem only with the sleep pods I have I wrote to the customer service. I got a million things I had to do and since weeks there are coming up with more stuff instead of replacing the sleep pods. Overall very disappointing and not worth the price

Gone through 4 pairs. They are so unreliable. Buggy app. Still lacking on promised features and I would not buy them ever again. The amount of time the right earbud just drop to barely no volume and you get into bed a they haven’t charged. Extremely frustrating product. Do not buy.

I was excited to try Ozlo Sleepbuds, but they didn’t work for me. Worse, contrary to what their website suggests, returns are not possible. I reached out to customer service multiple times and got no response.

If you’re thinking about buying these, be warned: you’re on your own if they don’t work for you. Very disappointing experience.
