They charged 41 dollars for this tiny jar of bee venom cream. Then later put another charge of 56 dollars on my bank account for no reason. I had to cancel my banking that is what the bank told me to do. Do not use this company.

This company is a SCAM. I ordered a dog tooth cleaner the product was $14 and was charged $63 with multiple "service" charged that were not disclosed in two separate credit card charges. They advertise as a Canadian company but are not. Had to cancel my credit card as a result. Beware of this scam.

Why does that word pop into consciousness in connection with the brand Ozerty?
Well, the reality is Ozerty fails to protect its customers from inadvertent and unintended consequences. For example, from the moment I placed my one and only order with Ozerty, and no matter what I box I checked, never was I aware that I was performing an action of “subscribing.” Ozerty now calls me a subscriber.
Did I miss Ozerty’s fail-safe system which gives customers a chance to clarify, to modify and verify their choices?
Not to mention the details of the delivered order itself, the price jacked up, the goods not what buyers thought they had ordered.
Sadly, the number of online reviews of Ozerty’s business practices corroborate this opinion.
Please cancel my prescription. If you can, please cancel my prescription retroactive to March 1, 2025.

I ordered in early december and in fabruary I didn't heard from them, I had to try to find my order in my email and it was a really headache because I didn't remember their website neither the name of the light blue name product, I had to watch many 100 of email until I found them, suprised that it didn't even left the compagny ( but some process was done ) , I contacted them and asked whats going on, they replay that they can send it back or refund me money, I said that they must have at least offert some discount, they didn't even bother to apology, neither offer something, so I asked to send it back because I need the product ( even i couldve buy from somewhere else ) , I hope it will work I'll comeback to ajuste the stars to see if the product work good, because i'm afraid people are giving 5 stars because thats condition ozerty ask by email to have 8 $ refund if custumers give 5 stars and good review, people will give you 5 stars for free if it worth 5 stars but asking that for money is not fair for future customers.

Devious Hidden Charges not on Order form & more charges for no order
I ordered 2 tinnitus sprays for $14 CAD each... for $28 CAD... Basically they added extra charges after taking my Credit card information which DID NOT APPEAR on the order form / review prior to approving/submitting the order. They tout free shipping but slap additional, hidden fees. So I have an order for $25 less than they charged me in the confirmation email. I tried to cancel immediately. Their 24/7 customer service takes at least 24 hours, and wastes our time with auto emails asking for what they already have, ignoring the cancellation request.. Now it's too late. Basically they said I can return it for a refund but said nothing about return charges or the "ECO FEE" they added after I approved the purchase. Apparently it was in their policy (but not on their order page and not visible when we submit the order). They stated in the confirmation email I could add $30 more to my order to "remove it".. !!! They pretend they are being earth conscious but really are a devious, underhanded and unethical company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. You can get the same ineffective product from amazon for $10 no eco fee etc. They know about this already so no need to show them the review ... This is to warn others. They know what they are doing the swindlers. I WISH I HAD CHECKED TRUSTPILOT FIRST.
***UPDATE*** I've cancelled my credit card as OZERTY is now charging my credit card for NO order made by me... no service nothing... They charged me $55.98 just a week after I complained about the overcharge. Disputes with the bank take a long time, but they will give me a temporary credit ... but I PRAY that there will be something done about this company to put them out of business permanently !! PASS IT ALONG... Their bank is in France but they are in the United Arab Emirates. They must play by different rules over there.

This company is very deceptive in its…
This company is very deceptive in its shipping practices, offering free shipping and then charging your credit card a eco fee charge of $30 because it is a small order. When I contacted them to cancel the order they replied that the eco fee "is aimed at encouraging environmentally friendly practices, particularly by reducing the environmental impact of small deliveries". So instead of canceling my order they process and ship it to you. Then they say that I can return and ship it back to them and get a refund.
Talk about the hypocrisy of being concerned about the environmentally impact of shipping small orders when they want me to return it instead of just canceling the order. If they where really concerned about shipping small orders they should have a minimum free shipping amount like most companies have that offer free shipping.

Called Ozerty Canada a number of times (all different times of the day) -- immediately get a recorded message saying customer service personnel are busy. Email gets an immediate response saying more information is needed! Initially provided all the information I have!!

Be careful, be careful. Their products are defective. They sent me the same defective and non-working products twice. When I wanted my money back, they offered me half the amount I paid, or to return it to China at a very high cost. I know how to get my money back, but for new buyers, a piece of advice: Do not deal with them at all.

I ordered a couple of pest control items. The small packet was delivered a few days before it was scheduled.
After I ordered, I read the reviews, which caused me a bit of anxiety.
But it all worked out. I got exactly what I ordered for the price I paid. The shipping was not free, to Canada, at least. And there doesn't appear to be any mysterious purchases on my card well after I got my stuff.
One odd thing though. Two days after delivery, I received an email stating that my order would be delayed in delivery.
One word of advice I'd give potential shoppers is: pay attention to all the options that seem to come up in abundance during check-out. Make sure nothing is checked-off that you don't want.
