Special Order Great customer service -
I needed to replace a special gift zippered hoodie that was stolen out of my car. My emails about the stolen hoodie were always answered very quickly. Once ordered I received prompt update about my order and I actually recieved the hoodie here in the U.S. about one week after it was custom made. I never respond to these surveys, but great service demanded me to answer this email
