Wouldn't go anywhere else
Excellent communication and design review service to ensure logos were at the right quality for print. Great quality shirts. Our go to company for sponsored events, where we get to design the shirt, size of sponsors logos and quick turn around and delivery once ordered.

Delivery Nightmare!
Design, production and ordering was excellent, as ever.
Delivery was a nightmare!
100 jerseys for a Charity Event (Hayling Cycle Ride) got 'stuck' in Customs. Owayo blamed FedEx and FedEx blamed Owayo. Either way delivery was not made until after the Ride had started. We will certainly think twice about using a Company outside of the UK again.

Dear Roger,
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review.
We are deeply sorry for what happened with your delivery. We completely understand how frustrating and stressful this must have been, especially for such an important charity event.
We want to assure you that we provided the delivery company with all of the relevant customs documentation, and did so even twice after the customs issues first arose. The delivey company themselves confirmed receipt of these documents to us. Unfortunately, despite our best efforts, the situation was not resolved in time, and we sincerely regret that your jerseys did not arrive before the ride had started.
We fully understand your frustration and appreciate that this experience has understandably caused you to reconsider ordering from outside the UK. We are very sorry for the inconvenience this caused, particularly given the charitable nature of the event.
We hope that the quality of our products and service up to that point reflects our usual high standards, and we would love the opportunity to restore your faith in us.
Warm regards
the owayo Team
Bespoke designed 80th birthday jersey!
Designed a one-off jersey for a cycling mad friend’s 80th. First of all, the design interface on the website is very easy to use, including being able to save multiple iterations. Submission of a design is reviewed by a team member who can help tweak where necessary with further excellent customer support throughout the entire process. Thank you Owayo team - one very satisfied birthday boy and customer!

Dear Sophia,
Thank you for your feedback! We’re thrilled to hear you loved the printing quality and colors — that truly means a lot to us!
Regarding the sizing, our C7 Aero Jersey is designed with a very tight, aerodynamic fit, which can indeed make finding the right size a bit of a challenge. We completely understand this can be frustrating! That’s why we offer free samples so you can try the sizes before placing your order.
Please don’t hesitate to reach out to our customer support team, and we’ll be happy to assist you with a sample or find the best solution for you.
We hope to have the chance to serve you better next time!
Kind regards

Hello Reuben,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback! We’re sorry to hear that our pricing felt out of reach for you.
We completely understand that cost is an important factor, and we appreciate your honesty. What we’d like to highlight is that our jerseys are fully customized — every piece is made to order, tailored specifically to your design, colors, sizing, and branding requirements. This level of personalization, craftsmanship, and quality is reflected in our pricing.
