Jacob, rang me before arriving which was useful. Very pleasant and conversational, checked with me what we had agreed to have done. Put a cover on the floor to catch any bits that fell during cleaning. At end of the job, Jacob cleaned up wiped the outside of the ovens and swept the floor. He was training a colleague ( sorry didn’t catch his name), from what I overheard he was very clear with his instructions about what and how things were done. The ovens at the end of the job were pretty close to looking brand new. Very pleased with the job and will certainly book again.

V friendly cleaner

I am entirely satisfied with the oven clean: Stephen did an excellent job and was great to have around. The price was reasonable too. This was a repeat appointment from last year, also carried out by Stephen.
I have only given four stars because of the almost incessant phone calls from the company's admin department between the last appointment and this. I had made it clear that I only wanted an annual clean, but that didn't stop repeated offers of another appointment. The process culminated in an email confirming the date of an appointment, which I had no part in arranging. At one point I seriously considered severing ties with the company - only Stephen's work saved them.

Simon DE24 cleaned our oven this morning. Very quick and efficient and our oven looks like new again. Highly recommended for oven cleaning.

Booking was simple, arrived on time and oven was cleaned perfectly and quickly. Very friendly and would definitely use again!

I'm trying to keep this short and succinct.

After poor clean, provided photos of damage to hob and poor clean to oven.

Reluctantly accepted offer of re clean on the understanding a different cleaner would attend and independently assess the damage cause by the first visit.
This was rearranged but cancelled by the company due to a vehicle break down.

Appointment re-arranged and the SAME employee as the initial poor clean attended (late).

He argued that the the oven was not dirty but rusty, although on closer inspection he acknowledged the issues. This included white cleaner residue around the oven and hinges and grease/food residue in seals.
I pointed out the scratches on the hob which were made by him on the first visit.
I explained politely that I was told by customer service that a different employee would be attending to assess the damage and carry out the re-clean.

I respectfully asked that we leave the assessment and reclean to an independent person from their company.

Light blue touch paper - he began to become very abusive and aggressive.
He was politely asked to leave my home.

He continued to swear using a string of strong expletives as he went to his van outside.

An immediate call was made to customer services and an email sent the next day for attention of directors as specified by customer services.

Nothing.

More emails and plentiful telephones over a period of weeks promised much but delivered nothing.

Eventually a refund was agreed after it had been sent to the directors.

We were made to sign a 'settlement agreement' before the refund would be offered and also agree the T&Cs of that agreement - which were neither explained nor appear on the website.

We eventually received the refund 30/03/26, 10 weeks after initial visit. No compensation nor apology was offered and we have had to pay for the oven to be cleaned again.

I have kept this short- there is more detail.

Poor workmanship, aggressive and abusive cleaner, slow refund - I await a pithy reply from the company to this review.

Flat Top of extractor fan and "wire" meshs not been clean. Fortunately, I checked the inside of the extractor fan to find he's not even cleaned it. Will definitely not pay for it to be cleaned again.
But he did a good job on the double oven.

I had my oven cleaned today and I’m glad I did first of all the guy that arrived (Wayne ) was a nice bloke and you could have a conversation with.

Second of all he has done an outstanding job my oven does and I mean does literally look new.

I would highly recommend this company!

The price is very good for the service.

However you do have to pay the final balance before he arrives. Which will put some people off.
