Thank you for your feedback. Our Christmas newsletter was sent as a general reminder to encourage customers to book ahead of the busy festive period. However, availability varies between local Ovenclean specialists, and unfortunately, your nearest specialist is already fully booked. We appreciate how frustrating this must have been, particularly as you responded so quickly, and apologise for any confusion caused.

We now have a spotless oven thanks to Bjorn de Kock
Very easy to book Bjorn de Kock to give our oven a much needed professional clean.
The date was booked and time slot given via WhatsApp which made things much easier.
The quote was very reasonable for the time suggested.
Bjorn arrived on time and was very polite and friendly. He got to work and completed the full clean an hour quicker than he had estimated. He even changed the light bulb as well for us.
The inside of our oven looks as good as new. Any hint of dirt has disappeared without a trace.
We will happily use him again and also recommend him to our friends and family.

Professional service leaving ovens sparkly clean
Steve turnt up on time, was friendly and professional the whole time.
Did an amazing job and our ovens look like they haven’t even been used. No mess or rubbish left behind and no chemical smell at all.
He also noted that my oven had a light (I didn’t know) and even changed the bulb.
Will definitely be using his services again, and would definitely recommend to others.

Double Oven Clean
I have had Mark clean my double oven on a couple of occasions. I email with a suggested date and he responds promptly. Always on time and sets up his space to clean to ensure there is no mess! Mark stays until the job is completed and for me this time it was only an hour. My ovens were left sparkling clean. I usually have Mark once a year (I do keep the glass door fairly clean myself) and it is money well spent.
