Not happy with product, couldn't get it to work. Offered 10% refund as had to pay return postage Failed to get refund.

I ordered something via a site which appears to be an offshoot of Overlyne as all the payment and shipping point to this company.
Item arrived as is no where near what I ordered, shape, size, functionally all different, despite over a dozen email exchanges including photos and descriptions of why its not the same item they refuse to acknowledge it.
They have said I can send it back, with postage to China costing almost double to cost of the actual item !!
They suggested a 15% refund. The actual item they sent costs around 50% less than the original item I ordered and is freely available locally. I pointed this out but they haven't replied in over 2 weeks.
Items - Terrible (fake sites with fake products to get you to buy)
Customer service - even worse.
Faulty items sent and they where no help in returning the 2 television adaptors would never use this company again
Typical chinese company.You order an item & then they send you cheaper version you dont want. They are not interested & just fob you off.Deal with these cowboys at your perill !
Ordered a portable wifi for use in the USA but was sent completely the wrong one. I received a usb dongle that needs another power source before i can use it. No replies to any emails except when I opened a case with paypal. Now getting snotty emails saying that I need to cancel the case to be able to return the incorrect item.
Do not buy from these.
We ordered a product with them for sciatica. Still not received the product ignoring my e mails and I am going to report them to Pay Pal to hopefully get a refund.

Ghosted when emailed them order not received on google says trust pilot reviews 4.8 stars come on trust pilot and company has no reviews at all, shocking!!!!
