They are horrible. I will be contacting paypal tomorrow for a refund or my bank. You cant even talk to anyone. The only confirmation i have received is from paypal. I am livid. Dont use this company. They deserve no stars but you have to give one to leave a review.

I didn't think anyone could get worse than 64hydro but apparently I was wrong. Still waiting on my order. Week 3. I have no tracking number but do still have an order number.
Then I come here and read other people's horror stories.
Lesson learned.

The company has the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. They do not allow refunds or exchanges and claim they tell you this before you order. I had to pay extra for tracking numbers on my items and they did not give me accurate tracking numbers so I was still unable to track my shipments. Delivery took weeks from the time I ordered too. Then they delivered part of my order and sent an email saying the last of my order had been delivered. After contacting them for about the 10th time, they finally claimed I still have one package in route yet they will not give me a working tracking number for the item.

Poorly made products! Size isn’t as described and they won’t allow a return. Horrible customer service!

This company sends out junk clothes with no tags. Clothing sold in or imported to the US, is required under the FTC Care Labeling Rule, to have a tag with care instructions, fiber content, country of origin and manufacturer identity. Interestingly when I tried to return the product, they told me I would have to prove they sent the wrong item by sending pictures of said tags. These clothes are manufactured without the labels.

Second issue is they shipping time. It took 30 days before the tracking number showed the item was shipped and 10 more day to arrive despite the fact I paid 5.99 for shipping.

I have emailed the company over 10 times and each response is filled with poor english excuses about company policy and how they "really hope this misfortune doesn't cause you much inconvenience."

They flat out refuse any type of return or compensation. Reports filed with BBB, FTC, Paypal, CC issuer, and now Trustpilot. Please stay away from these terrible companies.

The company is very shady! I have not received the product even three weeks after they charged me. Any request for refund is being denied saying that the product is in transit, but there is no confirmation from UPS. They are terrible company and should not be allowed to do business. I have filed a claim with Pay Pal also and am hoping they will be able to resolve. Totally FAKE!! I give it ZERO Stars!!

Ordered a bra...that is available for much cheaper at a hundred other sites. Thought this was legit.

Delivered 4 months later, two sizes too small; horrible fabric.

I should have read these posted reviews before purchasing. The bra didn’t fit and since it had no size on the product itself, I don’t know if they even sent the correct size/product. My guess is the bras are one size fits all put in a baggie with a size sticker on it.
The most positive thing I can say about the company is they did respond promptly to emails, but they have a no returns or refunds policy. And they refused to do anything other than to send me a 30%off coupon. Of course, I will not be using it!!!

I wish I could go by minus one star for this review. I placed the order accidentally and within minutes contacted them to reverse the order. They just charged me a 30% stocking fee! I literally canceled the order and less than five minutes of placing it online! It has taken me six weeks to even get that refund. Do not do business with these criminals!

I feel that the commercials are false advertising. I found the straps to loose, the amount of fabric in the cups is be disproportionately small, when you finally get the cross straps hooked (also disproportionately small), the tab with the most hooks is very hard on the skin (worse than an underwire).

I have used Rhonda Shear... Solid XL, other bras, solid 38 D. This bra seems 3 different sizes.

Zero stars! Took 2 months to get my delivery and then when the items didn’t fit, I’m told they take NO returns or exchanges at all. I’m extremely dissatisfied 😡

The company not only took almost 4 months to deliver the product, but they also won’t let me return the items that do not fit. I have bras from them that aren’t marked for size to include the packages that they came in. They were too small and I ordered the appropriate sizes for me. Don’t use this company. The only writing on the packages is Chinese.

I regret buying from them. Ordered a bra in June. Still have not received it It is now August ...After numerous emails to them they kept writing back “that it is on its way”. I chose to email them one last time to tell them I’m canceling my order. Their response was “we cannot cancel your order item has already been shipped and then proceeded to say hope you enjoy our product”. It is now August 15th. Still no product!!!!!! I didn’t even want to give them one star rating but only way I could voice my opinion. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Only word I can think of is SCAMMERS. Sorry I ordered from this company

Avoid at all costs! The bra took a month to get to me, and when it didn’t fit right they refused to take it back. I was willing to exchange it for something else, but they wouldn’t even do that for me. Absolutely terrible company.

If I could rate a zero, I would. I agree with every rating that is written about them. They get your money and don't care one bit about the awful product!

I would give no stars if I could stay away from this company I ordered the bras in may tracking said it was cleared for international departure 1st June it's now August and package hasn't moved. Emails to the company are pointless they just keep saying please wait few more days it's on the way. I regret not paying with PayPal. Do not buy you will not receive your package

Worst company EVER! They conceal the fact that you can only return damaged products, doesn’t matter if it doesn’t fit. They wouldn’t let me cancel my order after months of waiting. TERRIBLE COMPANY. STAY AWAY!

The product (bra) is crap! Very poor quality, no support, not comfortable to wear. Everything this bra was supposed to be it is NOT! And their return policy sucks. So I'm stuck with a bra I cannot wear. Just glad it only cost $35.

I ordered some bras in June & after emails to the company to no avail, I went through PayPal to complain & lo
& behold my bras showed up! The bras are some of the most uncomfortable undergarments I’ve ever owned & of course no refunds!
