Excellent Customer Service
First of all the product is excellent. I am very pleased with the quality of the composite decking and associated bits and pieces required to install.
Second, the customer service provided by Ovaeda has been exceptional. I recently placed a couple of small orders, to complete a project started last year, and as before they were processed and despatched immediately. I was kept fully updated by email throughout (order acknowledgment, invoice, despatch notification, etc ).

Excellent sample service
Excellent sample service. A good range of products and help information. I was able to change samples at the last minute. Let down a little bit by your Currier. Royal mail, who did not deliver on the time and date they said I must be in to accepted the package. in my experience are always a day late.??. But overall Ovaeda, its a great service.

Composite decking boards
The product (composite decking boards) seems to be good quality, not installed yet. Comms with company is really good, all questions answered within hours, very reliable, gave a small discount which is great. Delivery within 3-4 days. All good. Transport company wasn't great though, mishandled the goods, this needs to be improved, otherwise all good! Definitely recommand it.
