The company made a decent product. I make that statement solely on the fact that after taking a shower and throughout the day, my skin is not irritated. And oddly enough many people ask me what I’m wearing. Despite the fact, I don’t feel it has a strong smell. to me. It’s very subtle. Just the way I like it but again people do notice it. And typically any sort of Bath soap that is scented is very irritating to my skin.

I ordered mini clover and dichondra seeds for my coastal lawn. They arrived quickly and in excellent condition! I dethatched my existing grass lawn, overseeded with both seed types, applied worm castings and John&Bob's fertilizer, and have been watering them lightly 3 times per day. It's only been 7 days and all the seeds are vigorously sprouting!

I have bought Kentucky Bluegrass from Outside Pride several times over the past few years. Their product is OUTSTANDING! I needed to overseed my entire one acre yard this year due to the extreme drought and I needed the seed in a hurry. They did not disappoint. Got it just in time to get it down just in time for a light rain. It's been down since 10/01/26 and some of it has already germinated and is showing green. Couldn't be happier.

I buy Southern Fescue seed from Outsidepride twice a year. Once I place the order, I receive the seed very quickly. The seed is good quality, germinates quickly, and easy to maintain. Northern alabama is not good for fescue in late July and August due to droughts and and very high temps, even though I have an irrigation system. The remaining 10 months the grass looks wonderful and neighbors are impressed.

Second time ordering Combat Extreme Northern. Last fall's order germinated in seven days! FAST. Beautiful high quality growth. Two high energy Border Collies - one is an intense squirrel-chaser, plus shade from a 50 year old Red Maple to contend with. This year like last, filling in high traffic spots. I put down organic soil first, then seed, then I top the seed with a thin layer of peat moss. This works so much better than straw, which attracts birds to the seed. The first couple of weeks I water 7-10 minutes 3-4x a day, keep it moist. Use multiple hoses and sprinklers so you're not walking on the growth. Use a faucet splitter from the plumbing department, garden ones break. This seed is essential to your success! A shout out for their micro-clover, it works great strengthening and nourishing the lawn.

Very disappointed in this grass seed, only about 10% germinated and shipping was very expensive. Will not order again!

I absolutely love this company. Their seed is fairly priced and has a great germination rate. Their shipping is lightening fast as well!

The site was fairly easy to navigate and find what u wanted. I couldn't find where to create an account (if they havr that feature) so I can havr all my order history and cart ck tents in one secure page.
Overall the experience was pretty good.

My order got mixed up and I contacted them and they rectified it immediately. Had my corrected order in 2 days. Have ordered seed before and will again.

I NEVER said your product was no good. I said your customer service help line does not answer the web mail requests for product help. LEARN TO READ! All I originally wanted to know was how much crimson clover seed to apply to my 6' x 3' raised bed gardens for a winter cover crop. Instead of answering my question, which was sent by WEBmail NOT e-mail so it did NOT get lost, you sent me this Trustpilot survey. So I posted a TRUTHFUL 1-star review. In return, you publicly called me a liar. A smart business owner would have apologized for the delay in answering and then answered the simple question. But being a graduate of the "DonOLD J. tRUMP School of I'm Never Wrong and It's Not My Fault", you decided to publicly blow this up. Not only are you rude and obnoxious, you're a fool too. No one reads the positive reviews because businesses pad the 5-star reviews. The "rain forest" even gives away free products in exchange for reviews. EVERYONE READS THESE NEGATIVE REVIEWS to see what went wrong and how the business handled it. YOU FAILED. I owned a business for 30+ years. The first rule of business ownership is THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT. So now EVERYONE gets to PUBLICLY see how you failed at handling a simple mistake. I will remind you that tRUMP was successfully sued for publicly calling someone a liar. WATCH WHAT YOU SAY OR YOU COULD BE NEXT. I have no more time for this BS. If you want the last word...be my guest. The damage to your business reputation has already been done. I'm a private citizen being harassed by a business with the apparent blessing of this Trustpilot website. I've had enough of both of you.
UPDATE TO MY UPDATE: The crimson clover seeds have germinated very well in only 48 hours since seeding my small raised bed gardens. Unfortunately, these great seeds are sold on a website run by an incredibly rude obnoxious jerk. Don't believe me? Read the replies to the 1-star reviews. I'm pretty sure you can find equally good products on websites run by nicer, more professional people.
ORIGINAL REVIEW: Seriously??? Yesterday, I sent a webmail asking for seeding coverage help for my small raised vegetable beds. Instead of the "reply in 2 hours" I received this inane survey. I still have not received the help I asked for 24 hours ago. I got my answer from one of your online competitors. Guess where I will be shopping in the future???!!! There's no need for any further contact from your company.
UPDATED REPLY to your rude reply: Your rudeness proves what I said above. I webmailed INCLUDING my order Number 6966024 after I spoke with your order line @ 5:42pm CDT on 10/7/26. I was told I had to submit my question by webmail on your site. I submitted that webmail about 10 or 15 minutes later. What a nasty company to deal with! If you need further proof, the phone conversation was recorded and date stamped. Provide me with an email address and i will provide that recording. What kind of pathetic company calls a customer a liar BASED ON ABSOLUTELY NOTHING???

Purchase was easy, website easy to navigate. Product was shipped quickly, received perfect condition. Purchased 2 (25) pound bags of grass seed. Used it to overseed existing lawn, cannot comment any further, as it is only 2 weeks since the seed was broadcast, but I do believeI am seeing lots of fine green sprouts so far. It has been unusually cold and rainy for us over the last 2 weeks though. The seed purchased was midnight Kentucky blue grass. Anxiously awaiting a beautiful outcome in the Spring!
