Wheel rubs :( they have offered a replacement but it won’t fix the problem…. Only used twice with light load too.
Other than that buggy is good.
Getting hold of someone is a nightmare & if you want to speak to someone or a call you’ve no chance at all 😞 need to sort this as it’s letting the company down & very frustrating for customers who don’t have time to chase for months with young chrildren who ironically want to be ‘out and about’

Front rider review
I love my double nipper this review is for the front rider I bought. I believe it has a few design faults. You have to lock the front wheel, to make it safe to use, making it really hard to steer other than in a straight line. The little cap used to put in the hole when not using the handlebars has to be forced out with a knife each time you want to use it. The front rider is great if your little ones feet don't reach the foot bars on the wheel. The front wheel twists back,when being used with the front rider, instead of facing forward if its not locked in place ,which I dont as so making it easier to steer...I hope this makes sense

Shocking Customer Service
I bought the rebuild service from out and about and have had absolutely shocking customer service from them. I had to chase them twice in two weeks to actually get any fabrics sent, in that 2 weeks I had no communication from them at all. When they did arrive half of the items were missing so I had to chase again! They are the hardest company to get hold of. The only positive part of my experience was the engineer (Rocco), he was extremely helpful. (If it was a review on just him he’d get 5 stars). He went out of his way to help me with my issues and trying to contact customer services on my behalf. He went above and beyond and was doing chasing that wasn’t his job role! I now have to wait for more fabrics …… we will see how long this wait is and if the order arrives complete! Not the kind of customer service you expect from a reputable company.

The customer service has been extremely disappointing. I returned the pushchair and have received conflicting information every time I’ve called. Initially, I was told it had been received but that there was a backlog of returns to process. On my next call, I was informed they had not received it at all this was after I provided tracking details and photographic proof from the courier confirming delivery and receipt of the pushchair.
It has now been nearly two weeks since the pushchair was delivered back to them, and I am still £800 out of pocket. I would strongly advise others to think carefully before purchasing from this company unless they are prepared to risk losing a significant amount of money.
Great products, poor customer service, missing item from order 3 months ago
Products ar great and this would be a 5* review based on that. Unfortunately I have had an issue with and order placed in November 2025 (currently end of February 2026 and the foot muff in the bundle was on back order until "16th February 2026". This date has now passed with no updates from Out n abouts end on this.
On trying to contact to receive an update I came across AI customer service which would not let me get through to a person to resolve the issue. I had tried phoning multiple times but the telephone cuts out after 2 and a half minutes.
I have emailed multiple times and had a response asking for an order number, once I sent this follow up information I then received no response to this.
I was eventually able to speak to an agent after leaving a comment on a Facebook post about this. Once I was through to an agent they explained the issue, apologised and sent me a different foot muff to use until the one ordered comes in stock.

Probably the best customer service I have experienced in years. Genuinely helpful, quick to respond and offered solutions vice barriers that you often meet with customer service from companies. Would highly recommend.

Amazing. Over the moon with the service from out n about. The front rider is everything we needed for our family with 3 small kids (3yr, 9m and 9m)… for them to design one retrospectively for those with the older versions we are massively appreciative. Thank you out and about. We have the v4 and thanks to you we can use it even longer!! Out n about for life.

Really poor. Received a double nipper that we thought had a problem. They then emailed saying there is a problem with a certain model number.

Updated review to reflect refund received
We made an order from the company for the Nipper Wagon on 30 November 2025 to take advantage of the sales. We received the wagon a few days later. It looked fantastic, but we hadn't even taken it out of its packaging when we realised it was going to be just too big for us - it wouldn't have easily gone up and down our front steps and was too wide for the doorway. We paid to return the product via DPD less than 7 days later still in its original packaging and received a confirmation of the return having been received.
I followed up 11 days later to see when we might expect our money back and a bot answered saying they were experiencing higher than usual wait times. I tried emailing the company and calling them and after waiting on hold, the call cuts out or says they aren't available right now to take my call.
After waiting 2 months for the return, eventually I wrote my review here and received a response within a day. The matter was then resolved quickly and politely, with a refund winging its way back to us within 5 days.
In short, the product seemed great and eventually the customer service was good, it just took a while.
