Richard Warren from e bikes is a Legend
Richard Warren, the order manager pulled out all the stops to get my daughters bike (birthday present) out to her for her birthday considering I had made the order last last last minute. Richard even threw in some extra goodies which were highly appreciated. Fantastic product and fantastic service.
Disappointed
Think the picture needs updating on the website. I expected the bike to be a creamy yellow colour, it’s more of a horrible pink beige colour. Pretty easy to assemble and looks ok however, two screws got completely stuck so I’ll have to go without a front mud guard and basket for now. I can’t fault customer services, when I contacted them they were polite and addressed the situation quickly although nothing ended up coming out of it. Thoroughly disappointed with the product I received.
Update: first time using it the back wheel, although tightened, has become uncentered and is now rubbing against the mudguard and bike frame. Not happy at all, will not be buying from this company again.
Good after sales support and good value bike.
Bought a new bike for which I encountered an issue with the delivery which was the fault of the courier. The after sales support from e-bikesdirect was excellent with good communication and they helped manage and address my issue, I now have my new bike which I am very pleased with.

I've accidently purchased 2 bicycles instead of just one, they've arranged collection on return and kept me updated all the way via my preferred communication method and refunded me on the day they received the bike back. Great costumer service all around for my experience.

I've had the worst experience with this company!!! I ordered my son a freestyle BMX, it arrived in a box that had been so badly damaged. When we took it to the local bike guy to put together (Tuesday 13th dec) in time for Xmas, he called to say the front forks were so badly damaged he couldn't get the wheel on. I got straight on to customer service, they said a new one would be sent and the old one would be collected. I waited in all day for the broken one to be collected,no one showed up!!! I got the new one on Monday 19th Dec. The box was horrendous, I emailed straight away and sent pictures of the box (their response "fingers crossed the bikes ok"). Went off to the bike guy, he called 10 mins later to say the front forks were more damaged than the last!!! I'm panicking at this point, with Xmas days away. Sent e-bikes an email saying I want a refund as now don't trust them to get me a bike that isn't broken in time for Xmas. I'm then told I can only have a refund after broken bikes are picked up. My refund should have been issued immediately, I had to buy a new bike (if I hadn't luckily had the money to buy one, then my son wouldn't have had a bike on christmas day). Both broken bikes were collected the next day. I ordered a lovely bike from halfords on 21st Dec,it was delivered the next day in perfect condition and the lovely bike guy had it all put together and ready to collect on christmas eve. There are some wonderful people and companies out there, e-bikes just isn't one of them!!!!

Bought a raleigh strada city bicycle …
Bought a raleigh strada city bicycle it was a very good price from E-Bikes Direct, it was fully assembled, I only had to put the peddles on and straighten the handlebars, which makes buying a cycle from them a pleasure and from purchase to delivery was only a few days and was kept up to date through out from despatch to delivery date from the carrier.
Would definitely recommend if your thinking of buying a cycle on the Internet
excellent aftersales service
I bought a "Frozen Bike for my Granddaughter which was delivered very quickly. Unfortunately, when I opened the box, some of the transfers were damaged whilst in transit. I sent an email along with the requested photographs and I had an immediate response the next day. Allan was so helpful, he instructed the warehouse to send me some replacement transfers at their earliest convenience, which I received two weeks later via Royal Mail. They were packed really well and in perfect condition. Thank you once again for your prompt and professional help in this matter.

At a time when Customer Service in the UK is struggling generally I feel compelled to write to praise the service offered by Alex and Vinnie at E Bikes Direct.
They were prompt, friendly and efficient both by email and telephone throughout the process and also made sure the bike was delivered on a next day basis.
I would recommend that you give them a try and take advantage of great service at ultra competitive prices- well done to them!

Researched and found online my chosen bike in stock and at the lowest price with free delivery. It arrived well packaged within 3 days of ordering and except for minor work to fit pedals and tighten stem bolts was in perfect working condition.
Subsequent questions where dealt with promptly via email and after cycling out during the past two weeks the bike has been a joy to ride. We'll done to the staff at E-bikes Direct and their courier service ArrowXL.
Amazing after sales service.
I recently made a purchase of a wooden outdoor game, online from outlet.e-bikesdirect.co.uk
The item arrived very quickly, considering it was free postage. The package was very well wrapped and in a perfect, undamaged state. However, upon opening it I found that there was a fault in the assembly of the game, obviously in its manufacture. It was only a minor issue but it had to be sorted out before we could use the game. It wasn’t worth the hassle of returning it as it was a relatively easy fix which I was quite able to do myself. I sent a photo of the problem and an email to explain. I received an email the next day offering sincere apologies and would a 50% partial refund be acceptable. It was, I thought, extremely generous so of course I accepted. This is the first time I have used this company and I was very impressed with the speed, efficiency and professionalism of the company. If only all online companies could be this efficient wouldn’t it be a wonderful world! Do I recommend this company? Of course I do. I gave it 5 stars didn’t I! If the option was there to give it more, I would have done.
