Not a reputable company. Will accept the order but not deliver. Just a scam. I should have checked prior to ordering, my fault I did not. Hopefully, this will help someone from purchasing from them.
Stay away from this company, I absolutely hate and regret doing business with them only to receive my taillights that I ordered a year and 3 months later, that’s not even the bad part, but received them not even working once I put them on, such a waste, I ended up giving them away as parts on Fb Market and sent back to stock.
This is by far the worst experience I have ever had ordering an aftermarket part. I would rather receive a product in poor quality than to receive nothing at all. Emails do nothing, no response. They leave you on the hook just long enough so you can't dispute the charge and never fulfill your order. -10/5 stars.
If I could give 0 stars I would, placed order over a year ago still haven’t received my order. Almost impossible getting them to respond, they have said they have shipped for over a month. Now they are blaming UPS and said they lost the package, when the tracking said it never left their facility. 0/10 for this company, find someone else to order from
If I could leave negative stars I would, complete and utter scam. Placed an order for a third break light over a year and half ago. Sent probably close to 30 emails and got continuously promised it would be shipped out the next week. Don’t give your money to this shit company
Horrible company. I ordered door handles for my 23 f250 and mirror lights. Mirror lights don’t work with the canbus system. Told me go to ford have the truck “reset” did it. No fix ended up having to run a wire to fix the problem. Get my door handles almost 6 months later after ordering and put them in wire them up and the drivers door touchpad doesn’t work. Call them they say take it to ford get the truck “reset” doesn’t fix it again. So I take the handle off because it’s IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of these people. In 6 months I called prob 30 times and talked to someone maybe 3 times. No email response pretty much at all. Kept getting promise and promise and promise they were shipping next week this week etc never ending excuses. Well I get the door handle apart and the “new” handle I paid for was either used or absolutely destroyed by a grinder. And now they won’t answer the phone emails anything. Stay far away. Buy from anyone else. The wording on the handles are already flaking and they got over spray all over the part that’s supposed to be clear. One is buldging where the led strip is sitting. For $1000 my 7 yo son could do better work in his arts and crafts room in elementary school. Dog crap work. Dog crap customer service and the “builder” always has a attitude and talks to you like your stupid and can’t figure out a simple 3 wire light strip. I’m a master technician on cranes I think a power ground and signal wire is as simple as it gets bud.
Complete scam of a company. Placed an order which was nearly $2,000, paid up front. After 8 months, and a ton of lies, including lying about it being shipped but refusing to provide a tracking number, I reversed the charge with my cc company.
These people will rip you off!!!
Don’t buy anything from them you will regret it!!! 900.oo down the drain they will keep promising you that your order is coming. Then they lie and tell you it was shipped and then they will tell you it was lost in the mail, and after that no communication. No refund!! Please don’t get suckers like me and a lot of others have.
If I could give a negative review I would. They lie for over a year about the progress they make towards your order and just as you would expect they product failed and I can't get in contact with anyone. I hope someone else can learn from my experience

Ordered a set of headlights from them and paid for color match. Lights took almost 8 months to get to me. Finger prints and butyl on the inside of the lenses. Think my 8 year old could’ve done a better job. I called and left a message to try and fix the issue. No return call or response. Stay far far away!!! If you like spend top dollar and getting subpar work then these are the guys for you!!! Pathetic at best!
Spent 800 bucks and getting no response from the company. It’s been months and I don’t have the door handles on my truck back either…
