Shoes are small for the size and very poor quality.

The scrolling feed at the top of the OutfitLondon webpage advertises free returns, but the detail notes that the customer has to pay for them. This wouldn't be so bad in the UK, but the goods are coming from China, and the return address I have been given is an address in China. There is also a London address on the delivery label which I will pursue for a refund. I will also report them to Trading Standards in the week, there's clearly plenty of other customers who have been mislead.

This company is being advertised in search feeds, but the reviews are hidden, which is a real shame.

As all the previous reviews state, this is a total scam. It's a pity I hadn't read the reviews before I ordered. Don't touch them with a bargepole!
Now after writing this review the goods turned up, very late but of good quality. Therefore I must change my rating to 3 stars

Too True, Kath. The definitive line on this FAKE company is that the parent company (LEATHERDUDSLLC) was dissolved by Companies House on 16 Jun 2026. It is now a counterfeit Chinese operation run by a Wang Maoqin in Zhejiang Province and money paid by unsuspecting customers is funnelled through a bloke called Ted out of a Industrial Unit on Nexus Business Park, Central Way, Feltham nr Twickenham. You will be OK if you paid by Credit Card because you can get refunded, as I did, by providing these details. Mr Maoqin does not respond to disputes raised by CC companies (or if he does it is outside the time frame given) so you get refunded. If you bought through Shopify do not bother trying raise the issue with them because they do nothing except take the commission. Hope this helps. Paul

I should have looked at Trustpilot before dealing with this company, but I was in a hurry due to the Heatwave.

I ordered a fan from this ‘clothing’ company which I thought was a bit odd but thought they were just jumping on the heatwave bandwagon. 3 weeks later all I have had is tracking information for YunExpress which I dare not click on. This may be a scam like the clothes they seem to sell, but I have yet to find out. I paid through PayPal, so hopefully I will get a refund

As I later discovered from previous reviews (which I wish I had read before ordering), the Hoka Clifton 9 running shoes shown in the photographs and described on their website took two weeks to arrive. Unfortunately, the goods I received were poor-quality imitation shoes branded “Noka” — not what I ordered. Based on other customers’ experiences, requesting a chargeback appears to be the only viable option. Buyers, beware.

Starting to get concerned about non-arrival of an order, and came here to find the terrible reviews ☹️.
Dug a little - the website states the company is Leather Duds Ltd which was subject to a compulsory strike of on 16/06/2026 and is therefore now dissolved (and still trading).
Edit 1/9/26 - 2 pairs of "Asics" trainers have been delivered -no tags, and not in a box, and are fake, though reasonably good fakes. tell tale signs: glue overspill on some areas of sole, lace holes punches into upper not aligning quit with colouring / border, some logos not quite aligned.
Reported to Tradings Standards and now trying to get refund via credit card company, including the requested contact with OutfitLondon asking for a refund (which I suspect will never materialise).

On 3 August I ordered Blade-Free Silent Portable Air Conditioner. It arrived 14 days later when the British heat wave had come to an end.

It didn’t work when I connected the USB cable. After I unscrewed the device, one of the wires going to the motor was not connected to the plug. I soldiered it back on, put it back together and now it works. However, it is NOT silent and it has a very weak air displacement.
They are misselling these hyped up products as portable airconditioners when they are nothing of the kind.

Do not order from this company. It pretends to be a UK based company but isn't. I ordered HOKA trainers and ended up with NOKA trainers from China. Completely fake.
When I contacted the company, they want me to return the items to China which will cost in the region of £40 in order to get a refund. They say they are not defective items despite not being what I had ordered.
I am reporting them to Trading Standards and trying to get my money back through my credit card company.
Avoid at all costs!

As with the other reviews, this is a China company posing as a UK based one. I bought Hoka trainers on the link only for Nokas to turn up. They want me to return them at the RM cost of £40. I have raised the case with Klarna for a refund

TRAINERS ARE BAD FAKES, tried calling and emailing the company multiple times never got back to me. It says you can return the items within 30 days for a free refund except there’s not a return address and you can not get in touch with anyone it also took weeks to be delivered.
Waiting on PAYPAL to see if I can get any money back

Bought a pair of sandals which took over two weeks to arrive and only then realised coming from Chins despite the trading name OutfitLondon. Returned within two days and paid extra for royal mail tracking and sfter a month still waiting for a refund despite numerous emails and proof of return. Update 27 July 2926 - I was thinking of taking this to the small claims court but as I used barclaycard for the purchase i managed to get the refund I was due.

So, this company despite having a Uk trading address is based in China. They are selling counterfeit items…I will have to go through my credit card company to obtain a refund. Be careful!

Company did not send the two dresses I ordered. I sent two emails to the company (one via their online form and the other from my e-mail) but they didn't make contact with me. I then got my credit card company involved and they refunded the money and raised a query with the company, only then did the company send the dresses, even though in my e-mail I told them to cancel the order as they had not shipped it after several weeks. Dresses arrived today (over a month after I ordered them) dreadful quality, really bad and it looks like the returns process is going to be impossible (you can't just send back you have to email the company and from experience they won't respond) and only then will they email you and confirm where to return the parcel. Luckily I paid on my credit card so I will just be providing all this information to them.
I would really urge anyone not to use this company. Absolutely dreadful service (in fact no service) and absolutely dreadful quality and nothing like the pictures.
