Some kind of scam company. Do not use!
Quick ship my as*… I ordered these on may 21st and today is September 5th, still no chairs. They pushed delivery date back 3 times. Zero communication, I had to reach out for update and wait every time. Not to mention they changed colors I ordered cause they didn’t have the right one in stock by the time they got to my order. I have now filed the chargeback as it’s been over 3 months and no fulfillment. Awful service.

Be careful with your ordering
Be careful with your ordering. There restocking fee is 30% of the item. Example: $449 item restock fee $135 plus shipping which could be up to $100 for this furniture. Also, should have known with there bs marketing. Says on the website “order now to before tariffs”. The furniture is made in the USA. NO TARIFFS! Just that bit of deceit speaks volumes

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction. The restocking fee and shipping costs are clearly outlined on our website as we strive to ensure transparency. In some situations, (and most likely yours) we can wave fees if the item isn't custom made or still in the original box. In your case, the incorrect item was ordered, and when we attempted to assist in resolving the issue, the call was prematurely ended from your side.
Additionally, while our furniture is proudly manufactured in the USA, the cedar lumber used is sourced and imported directly from Canada. As a result, tariffs do affect our raw material costs, which we transparently communicate to our customers. Our intention is never to be misleading, but rather to inform clearly.
We always strive to resolve any issues amicably and regret we couldn't reach a satisfactory resolution in this instance. If you need further assistance please feel free to reach out to sales@outdoorsiness.com
