Worst experience as a consumer I've ever had. I bought an ORCA PRO Rechargeable Electric Sup Pump and it never arrived. UPS tracking says it was delivered but the photo of delivery was not my house. I purchased this on March 27th. It's April 20th and I still haven't gotten a refund. This is what their customer service team said:
Thank you for your patience.
We've carefully reviewed your case. According to our shipping records and tracking information, your package was shipped out properly and is marked as delivered. We also have proof of shipment available.
We completely understand that you would prefer a full refund. However, since the package was indeed shipped and the tracking information confirms that it was delivered, we regret to inform you that it's very difficult for us to obtain a full refund from the carrier in this case. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.
That said, we’re still here to help. To avoid a similar situation, we’d be happy to arrange a free reshipment to a different address (for example, a friend’s, family member’s, or work address) if that would be more secure. Once we receive the new address, we can send the replacement as soon as possible.
Alternatively, if you'd prefer not to have the item reshipped, we can offer a 50% refund instead. And if the original package happens to show up later, you're more than welcome to keep it.

A measuring test at home said I should get a M helmet but found out later that it was too small, contacted them about a replacement and everything was handled properly and quickly. Took pictures of the return and right away got confirmation on the replacement having to pay for return shipping for an exchange wasn’t fun but worth it because of how quickly the issue was resolved.

I use several Outdoor Master products for skiing, and they have been excellent in build quality and value.
Had an issue with an order which was damaged in transit by the delivery company, and the customer service at Outdoor Master was super responsive in resolving the issue quickly.

The entire Support Team associated with OutdoorMaster did an excellent job in meeting our expectations in exchanging a ski helmet for our son, by understanding the request for initially a refund, then rising to the occasion by offering the opportunity to allow the ability for my son to enjoy a more suitable replacement helmet and at no significant cost difference. The experience involved a support team of individuals who pulled together for the customer by communicating exceptionally well which is much appreciated in today’s busy society. Thank you!

Inexperienced Employees at OutdoorMaster causing the company to sink its Brand Reputation by creating consumer frustration over its badly shaped customer service.
My worst experienced ever as a consumer has surfaced with the OutdoorMaster company and its customer care team of employees.
I ordered a large blue helmet from them and they've shipped a small kids helmet that was a different color. Contacted their customer care team and asked for shipping label to return the item, instead, they have said to pay the return shipment cost out of pocket for a later reimbursement. Since then, I have shipped back the wrong helmet I have received and my order is still pending.
Frustrated for the latency of my ordered skier helmet, I contacted their Customer Neglect team to issues a refund, and their pathetic response was as follow:

The handle broke off my ski boot bag and I reached out to outdoormaster customer service. They stated they would look into my request and the next day I got a response. I was skeptical they would help as the product was out of warranty but to my surprise, they are sending me a brand new bag! I was pleasantly surprised they decided to replace it and I will continue to recommend their products just for the service alone.

Well I ordered the PRO goggles with extra lens, and everything arrived together, and within 5 days - the other reviews had me worried! Everything in great shape, and got a great price to boot. Maybe bad timing experience was around holiday time...just go for it.

I completely agree with what’s stated below. For some strange reason, I received two separate mystery boxes containing four pairs of ski socks and a pair of kids' gloves. This just goes to show that their 'mystery boxes' are likely just a way to offload random gloves and socks.
There is no randomness here it's all pure surplus of items that were not Popular or purchased often I got nothing but gloves and socks. It says duplicates when ordering multiple boxes yet in a single box I got three pairs of the same gloves, and two of the same socks. Even if you are thinking of ordering a mystery box as a joke or just as a "why not?", don't, I will assure you unless you are a child nothing you will receive in the mystery box will be worth it. There is absolutely no randomness within the system. Only thing that was different was some phone case for a phone I've never even heard of. Just buy what you want straight up and don't waste the extra money on any size mystery box.
