Outdoor Dog Supply Omdömen

Easy to order and quick delivery

I order a replacement battery for a TT-25 collar, (it took a looooong time to get hom not cuz of the store, but cuz the postal service treats the shipment of litium batteries has hazmat) But I love how thoughtful this package is put together, it includes the tiny and specific screw driver you need, a replacement charging cable adapter -the one that bites into the battery - and after being exxxxtra careful with the oring that is in between the battery and the unit… also noticed that the new battery comes with a new one… so you are really well set, literally an instant swap. At a very decent price.

We live in rural Montana and I was so excited to receive the order so quickly. You guys packaged it up and sent it off so soon after ordering. That made a huge difference when it came to the timeline. Thank you!

Got package quick, it was everything I expected!

Fast service, quality products. This is the 2nd time I have ordered collars and they have been great.

My order arrived quickly and was exactly what I wanted. It was packaged very well.

Packaged with care. Outstanding quality. Card in the package added a warm, personal touch. I will shop here again, as I love supporting small businesses. Thank you!

My throw dummy got a hole in less than 5 minutes. Still waiting from ODS for follow up.

I have returned the item. Unfortunately the item does not fit the device correctly. The description on the website is lacking detail.

Great options for a good quality collar. This is the 5th collar I've bought and will continue to buy collars when needed.

I love your company. Quality products, amazing privmcing and fast delivery. I have 4 dogs and will always use your company for new collars.

Good product fast shipping

How quick I got my product and the product itself

Fast shipping and a clean delivery through the package. Love shopping here!

The item received is exactly as advertised. Customer service rep called to verify details and was a pleasure to work with.

I've ordered multiple times from ODS and have always been happy with the quality of their products. Recently, I ordered a collar too small for my big Labrador and they were very helpful in having it exchanged to the correct size.

I had a hard time finding Velcro kitten collars for the Humane society where I volunteer. Thanks.

I originally ordered an extended range antennae with the tri-magnet mount. After 30 days, I had not received a shipment confirmation or update on the order. I called and was told the magnet was on backorder. They quickly exchanged the magnet mount, and shipped out my order. Better communication could have gotten me resolved several weeks earlier had I known what was going on. Other than that Outdoor Dog Supply has always been great and they will continue to be my go-to place for dog supplies

We recently adopted a dog from a difficult situation; his previous owner passed the rainbow bridge. We are sad about the circumstances, but happy to welcome a new furball. Our other two wear their 1" glow/reflective collars with no problem, so we got Chachie one in "School Bus Yellow."
