Never signed up and now im getting spammed left and right from them.

I placed an order with this company but never received the product. They did not provide tracking information, only sent automated emails, and offered no real customer service. They present themselves as a Christian company, but my experience showed a lack of accountability or follow-through. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau regarding this issue.

I just ordered a few things from Our True God website. They make you an offer to sign up and, if you do, they say you will get 25% off. But then, after you sign up and you go to order, you find out that the 25% off is not available on your first order, it's available on your second order. They give you a 25% credit after your first order for your second order. So, I made my first order, hoping to see that my 25% credit was now available but I don't see that it is. In addition, they don't have a customer service department that you can contact by phone. They only have a "Support" Department that you can contact by email. Well, I sent an email and have not received a response yet. So, just as a PSA, I would highly recommend hesitating to order products from Our True God.

I thought the hat was of decent quality but the shirts are so thin you can see right through them. Won't be purchasing from them again.

This is the worst quality I have ever seen and I paid a lot of money for this. It’s a SCAM! This was my husband‘s Father’s Day gift. He has been very sick. He has had multiple surgeries and he is laying in bed right now waiting for another surgery and I received this for his gift to finally give him. I am so disappointed and I want my money back but they only give store credit back supposedly and won’t even respond! This is the quality of shirt they give with a patch cut out and half sewn onto the shirt? And stained? And POOR quality?!?! The hat is so stiff on your head you can’t even wear it and the T-shirt he received is so thin it’s see-through. I wanted to give him a gift after all of the hard Medical diagnosis he’s had and instead he gets this. I am so upset.

Ordered on the 10th. Assured it will be here Friday, paid the additional shipping. Now it won't be til Tuesday. I can do a return after paying a restocking fee. This is not a Christian company. So very disappointed in the customer service. Not to mention they will text you offers through out the night, but can't tell you when they open or a number to call. Just to email support, which I have done twice. Everything is automated and thats how they get away with their bull. Dont buy from them. THEY ARE A HORRIBLE COMPANY THAT GRIFTS ON THE GOOD LORD.

I purchased a hat, it is advertised light gray with a white cross. It is a white hat white cross. You cannot even see the cross. I wish I could take a picture so anyone could see it. Do not waste your money. You can buy a lot better hat anywhere, and it will better than this.

I placed my order and received a good quality tshirt in a timely manner.

My husband ordered 2 Hats from," Our true God" it said it was delivered, but we didn't get it, he contacted the company and they have not reached out to him, it's been a week I hate to see him so disappointed, he loves his Jesus Hats.

Products are overpriced but I was willing to pay. I ordered the wrong size and they said I could refund without a restocking fee if I repurchased the correct size. I did that but they turned around and said they wouldn’t waive the fee. Very Christian like to go back on a $5 fee. Won’t patronize them anymore. I bought three hats from them.

Not paying 38 dollars for a over priced hat because you using the Lords name to make a profit. The prices of American made stuff is ridiculous. You can buy something similar off Temu way cheaper.

Unfortunately I will never purchase with them again. Terrible customer service, can’t get in touch with a person on the phone. Dismissive and refused a refund after I ordered a Christmas present and they sent it twice to an old address through shop pay and and I ordered on 12/16/24 and it’s only being shipped on 12/30/24 and they could’ve just cancelled the order but refused there was no special personalization and still wouldn’t cancel after sending the order twice to the wrong place. It’s too bad and I don’t want to seem like a troll it was just a terrible experience and not worth $100

I made an order two weeks ago. $160.96. The site said it would arrive by Christmas. It's two days before Christmas and tomorrow last day of deliveries before Christmas. It has not arrived. I am only able to reach an automated customer service via chat which tells me it has shipped and gives me a link. However, the link and delivery company shows that only a mailing label has been created. It HAS NOT SHIPPED! There is no phone number for customer service. I have fallen for this kind of scam before. And PayPal will not do a refund on these when they provide a mailing label. PayPal accepts a mailing label as shipment. I'm so upset. These items were my nephews Christmas gift and I don't have enough money now to get him anything else. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I have since found that they recently changed their name from ONE True God. Now I know why they had to change their name.

These people are SCAMMERS! They run their ads with shiny name brand stickers on the products and then send you a cheap $5 hat that is way too small. Then when you contact them they offer you a coupon to get more trash… It’s false advertisement and a scam!
