people, never fall for this website which have 'nothing' mentioned about ''return policy'' and apparently when they send you an item way smaller than the description on website, they refuse to collect it back stating they don't provide refunds unless its an damaged product.
first and last purchase here, its already a regret and never coming back and suggested my friends too to stay away from this trap!!!
well to add, on their website they mention customer service to be 24hours - however, no response on repeated calls only 1 reply on whatsup within 24hours.
thats the service they offer!!!!!!!

Be careful they are scammers no items were delivered and they always asking to used Pre Payment. Be aware from this business I lost money from them. All Indian no one answering the call and if they answered after millions trying they will dismiss you so fast with any fake excuse (such as I will check and call you back) but never reply back. Money gone!! Fake Business!

Ordered an item and delivered a defective product. I tried to contact support many times through calls and WhatsApp and they are giving false hope and fake answers.

BE careful when buying from this online shop.

This site is a SCAM. They will give you deffective item and they will no replace it. They will give promise and they will just ignore you after that.

Support team are well trained to fool the people. They have legal ways in scamming the customer.

I had the worst experience buying from this place. The product I received was nothing like what was advertised, and when I tried to request a refund, customer service was rude and unhelpful. They were so proud and dismissive, acting like they were doing me a favor just by replying. Don’t waste your time or money here. Buyer beware—do not buy from this store!

This is a terrible place to order from. I ordered a padel tennis racquet last week and a different model turned up. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. They've refused to give me a refund.

One of the best sites that I could use. People generally only write about bad reviews. But I am taking time to write a positive review. the reason being is outstanding customer they offered which generally is missing from most of the ecommerce websites. Got scammed out of £60 avoid and my back wouldn’t reimburse me

Placed the order on 16th and it was supposed to be delivered on 20th but I never received order details by email and order tracking on their site is showing only processing since the order placement date. Calling the customer care number doesn't get any answer. You can't cancel the order or contact the customer care. Very bad and untrustworthy.

Zero star and not even one star. Full cheaters. Spam website. no delivery and no customer service. fake phone numbers.

It is the very worst experience I had with ourshopee qatar. I had a purchase on 24th of April and supposed to be delivered on 28th April. On 28th I tried to contact him and no responses. And finally later they informed me that there is no stock available. But I asked him why it is again showing your website again. All the items are still showing in the website even now. I told them that people will order it again. It’s clearly cheating and trying to take money from people. Be aware

Place an order weeks ago. Phone customer service says products are out of stock but refund is not being processed. Whatsapp number is dead. Complaints system is dead. And now customer service line is dead.

I've placed my order on 11th of August and as you mentioned on the product page the item will be shipped within 2 to 3 days. Until now the item is under process . Nobody has contacted me yet. I contacted them but the customer service people dont know anything. And I will be travelling by the end of this week and I want to know if I have to look for another earbuds somewhere else. I started to think they are scammers.

Purchased a item. However the incorrect one was sent and then it took 2 weeks of back and forth to figure out the correct one was out of stock and 2 weeks of requesting a refund and still no reply.

Totaly unreliable and unprofessional. They confirmed the order, and after 8 days I got a out of stock text on whatsup. Dont’t reccomend, avoid.

Awful, unprofessional and not trustworthy experience. Ourshopee in UAE called after 6 days of placing the order to inform me that the price is 3 fold higher claiming that its their supplier mistake and not theirs of listing the item in the wrong price (how nice and true!!!!). I asked them that they should have informed me in the same day or next day of placing the order and NOT to wait until the date that I am expecting to receive the item to cancel it. I even asked them to share the price difference but employees with no experience in sales or even the least basics of dealing with customers handling the chaotic site. They didn't even bother when I told them that I will convey this message to customers in review sites. Another similar experience I endured last year. Just stay away from this site and save yourself the headache.
