I wanted to say a big thank you to Mitesh. It is not often I would take time to add a positive review, in many cases, it is usually to voice a negative experience so others are aware. My initial introduction to Our Mortgage Broker was through Akhil Mair who was quite helpful in answering my queries regarding a residential mortgage. Akhil put me in contact with Mitesh around June time and all I can say is that the service I have received so far is second to none.

I have always used free mortgage brokers such as L&C where I didn't have the best experience and Mojo which was much better. I was initially hesitant in using paid services but I can honestly say it has been worth it. Larger companies tend to just process the mortgage, get their commission from the bank and start the same process with another customer. Mitesh has listened and provided advice that has helped me and shaped my decision making. It has meant I haven't rushed into certain decisions and have tried to save myself money. The situation was made more complex as this is a second residential purchase. The purchase for this property has been delayed by several months however Mitesh has been very patient with it and I am not sure every other mortgage broker would have been this understanding. I know for a fact a lot would have just said you are wasting our time and this is the second time we have offered you a mortgage agreement in principle.

The thing that people don't realise is that for every customer you keep, you gain another 10 and for every customer you lose, another 10 or more will know about the bad service you have provided. These numbers are just based on my own personal experience and can obviously vary for high net worth individuals and those with an online presence. I am still waiting until October to start the mortgage application process as the property I made an offer on was accepted however there are delays in the chain as she is looking for a new build. This has given me more time to explore other areas of the financial services offered by Our Mortgage Broker. It has also meant that if the offer does not go through, I am in a position to offer on another property knowing a mortgage in principle is completed within hours. I have thoroughly researched and have been happy with the recommendation for Life Insurance for myself, my mother and sister. So, what started with an initial inquiry has led to three product purchases, 4/5 mortgages in the next year and 3 - 5 friends recommended to the business.

I wanted to thank Our Mortgage Broker and thank Mitesh for his patience especially with the difficulty of getting my mother’s insurance when other companies made a big deal out of the language barrier.

I hope that the service continues and you have a customer for life. I wanted to thank Mitesh for his updates and services he has provided.
