Our Helpful Hands Omdömen

Brilliant service. Very responsive from start to finish. Simply provided photos of stuff I needed removing and got a very reasonable quote within the day. I added more stuff of the morning of the pick up and again quote adjusted. The pick up time slipped a little but the office called to let me know -perfect. The 3 guys were super. Polite -immediately removed shoes before entering the flat and were cheerful throughout. A credit to their company. Would recommend

The service is mature, responsible, and fast. Quite helpful!

Absolutely wonderful gentlemen! Tony is a class act! He and his two colleagues took charge of my massive house move and also took away some of my waste that wasn't coming with me to my new home. They were beyond fabulous. The hardest of workers, dedicated, diligent, professional, and they were incredibly kind, generous, and lovely throughout. And my house move happened to fall on one of the hottest days of the year. Not easy! But nothing was too much trouble for them. They even took my cats in the front seat of their van for me. Bless these gents. They deserve all the stars! Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Thank you very much to Our Helpful Hands! They were efficient and friendly. I will use them again, thank you.

Both the guys who came to take the furniture away were very responsive, well respected and very professional. The attention to details was immaculate. I would wholeheartedly be using "Our Helping Hands" again in general future, should I need a removal and recycling service. Excellent service, great prices and you can't fault it at all !

Superb. Great customer service. Fast, clean and professional. Would recommend and use again

The delivery guys were great, very cordial and helpful. They were also on time and professional. I very much recommend them.

Our Helpful Hands were fantastic! They came to remove a mattress and bed frame and handled everything quickly and efficiently. Communication was great throughout — they kept me updated on their ETA and arrived exactly when expected. Overall, a smooth, stress-free experience and great service. Would definitely recommend!

The process was very smooth. The persons who came to clear were polite and did an efficient job very quickly. Reasonably priced as well. No hassle collection

Punctual, highly efficient, extremely polite and got the job done without any complaints. Highly recommend this team

Our Helpful Hands were excellent. They carried out a two bedroom flat clearance for us and were efficient, friendly and careful not to damage paintwork, etc. Good communication and simple booking arrangements.

How helpful are these guys? Never has there been a more appropriately named company. They really helped me out on quite short notice, explored different solutions with me and picked up on time. Highly recommended for their courtesy, professionalism and genuinely wanting to help.

Excellent service from start to finish. I phoned the "Our Helping Hands" office and after sending them some photos, a price and time for clearance of the flat was agreed. Two members of staff arrived at the flat on time and cleared all the furniture as agreed. Both were very polite and professional. They took great care not to damage the walls or doors when removing large items. They are a real credit to "Our Helping Hands". I fully recommend this company. It was a pleasure dealing with them.

The team helped out with urgent furniture move at a very short notice, and once again did a great job.

Tony was very helpful and I would recommend the company through their very prompt and efficient service at a reasonable cost

We hired this small family company with unanimous 5-star reviews and we couldn’t be happier. Here is another one and we would rate “7 out of 5” if we could.

They took excellent and conscientious care of our garden and home interior as if it were their own. All removal, plus tidying afterward, was done with efficiency, kindness and careful reasonable behaviour.

Really good service from Our Helping Hands, the guys that came to collect our stuff were professional, friendly and efficient. Would highly recommend!

Really professional and quick service

Great service. Quick response and good support. The guys who arrived were prompt and very helpful (e.g. insisted to take a more difficult route so that they didn’t have to walk through the house with dirty boots). Thanks a lot.

Great communication. Reasonable rates. Tony was brilliant. Highly recommended.
