Everything is fine while depositing money, when you try to withdraw part of the amount you have, problems with your account start to arise. 1. Deceptive Terms: I purchased a single $1,200 contract. Post-purchase, the platform retroactively enforced an obscure clause from their Terms of Service (ToS) known as a 'VIP continuous purchase contract' (Article 6).
2. Forced Investment: This clause demands the user purchase 10 consecutive contracts (an additional $10,800) within a short timeframe (24 hours). The penalty for failing to commit this extra money is severe.
3. Confirmed Withdrawal Hostage: When I attempted a standard withdrawal of my initial principal and accrued income, the system blocked the transaction. Customer support confirmed, in writing, that the ONLY reason my funds are frozen and withdrawals are restricted is because I refused to complete the remaining 9 contracts.
The company is explicitly using the restriction of access to my original investment as a coercive measure to force me into a much larger, involuntary commitment. This is a clear case of deceptive business practices and financial fraud.
