DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They are not CANADIAN. SCAMMERS!!!! I would give 0 if I could. Also thought this was a Canadian company I was supporting. Took almost 3 weeks to receive and they are too small. I have sent several emails to the address provided and no response. After spending considerable time searching for a phone number to call found one and just tried calling - note it indicates I’m calling Texas and surprise - no one available to take my call.

NEVER order from this company. I cancelled my order before it was shipped and yet they still shipped it and charged my credit card. I’ve sent numerous emails as well as called the number provided and have heard nothing. This company is a total scam! AND they are not a Canadian company as they say they are.

Cheap boots. Poor quality. Wrong size. Thin material. Not water resistant. Company is actually based in Texas. Items shipped from china. Url. for returns does not work. I too got taken in my the "made in Canada" label and thought I was supporting a local company.

SCAM! I have tried multiple times to return the boots that I ordered. Apparently their email is no longer active. I received my order late and the boots are the worst quality. They are NOT made in Canada. I tried multiple times calling with no luck speaking to anyone. Very disappointed and I'm out 100$. Review the business before you buy! If I could give them 0stars I would!

Would be zero if that was possible this is an overseas scam trying to deceive and make you think it is a Canadian company. I emailed on Jan 31 to cancel my order 6 days later I get reply that it is too late. Three weeks still no boots. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS Company. UPDATE I received the boots they are very cheap, stitching is different on each foot and they are small. I would describe them more as slippers than boots. I have reach out for a refund we will see what happens.

I bought a pair of slip on winter boots and a jacket. The boots fit OK but they cost $80 via Ottawa-Mode and I saw them 1 month later on Amazon for $34.99! The jacket was SUPPOSED to be XL (label read XL) but it was too small and would not be a warm jacket - more like a cardigan. I have emailed them 4 times and no response. ALSO THEY ADVERTISE THEY ARE A CDN CO. AND MADE IN CANADA BUT BOTH ITEMS WERE MADE IN CHINA.

Product (coat) delivered late and was wrong size.
Company agree to exchange for correct size but is no longer responding…E-mails bouncing.
Looks like a scam and without a phone # there really is nothing I can do.

Beware! All product is made cheaply in China. Unable to contact company to return the goods!

I have been attempting to return an item that are the wrong size and poor quality. I’ve emailed them to the address they gave but it jeeps getting delivery failure message. I tried calling and was on hold for over an hour getting nowhere… I was 20th on hold and got down to 10th caller and then it went directly back to 20th and I held on again but it went again to 20th caller. Not sure what to do… they were $90 so I need the refund. Help!

I have never been scammed by an online purchase so I truly believed this was a small Canadian company which is why I made my purchase. The "winter jacket" I ordered is a flimsy ugly sweater at best with a zipper that will never work. I have tried to contact them but, after a month of trying, I have just received a server message that their contact email address doesn't exist any longer. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS.

Ottawa mode is a scam. I purchased boots 89.95$. They finally arrived after 2 months.
They did not fit...the material was of inferior quality. I requested a return and refund. No deal. They offered 8.90$.

I thought this was a Canadian company but it is not. The products come from China and the company is American. I did receive the boots but not the right size. They are way overpriced for the quality. They also arrived weeks after the promised delivery. I have tried to contact them numerous times to return the boots but have received no response. I do not trust them now even if I got a response on how to return them. Instead, I could donate them instead of taking the chance of sending them back somewhere and then not getting a refund. I do not recommend buying from Ottawa Mode. That's $89 I wish I never spent!

Don't order from this company. I feel it is a fake company. I have not received my order, it has been three or four weeks now. I tried their feedback page, and haven't received a reply or explanation why my order is taking so long. Please do not waste your money. I don't want anyone else to be taken for a bad ride.

This product is poor quality and their customer service should not include the word service because they do not care about customers or satisfaction. Returning their poor quality products is impossible. Do not purchase this product.

I spent $89 on the Anne coat, it is thin, the stitching doesn't line up, the sleeves are short, the jacket isn't as long as pictured, the quality is poor. No washing instructions- only a small "M" tag.
They offered me 10% back, said the cost of returning it would be expensive. They wouldn't even provide a return shipping address.
Save your money amd do not buy from them- it is a company in China- NOT CANADA!!

As most reviews have stated, I also was led to believe this was a Canadian company. They were shipped from China. It took about a month to get them. Very poor quality and the chemical smell is overwhelming. I have asked for information on how to return and get a refund. No response yet, and based on others reviews, I won't get one. $85 for crappy product. Do not buy from this company!

We ordered a pair of ladies boots, size 8 in black. I never got an email, I didn't get the boots, but I was charged 89.95

Thought I was ordering from a Canadian company but their advertising is very misleading. After almost a month I still haven’t received the order, customer service is an automated response email saying they will respond in 48 hours then no follow up. Can’t get my order, can’t get an answer. Not to be trusted.

Ordered a pair of men's winter boots from their website, the size I requested is not the size (10.5) that would fit comfortably, they have no return address listed anywhere on their website.
I have requested a refund,but i think I have been duped by a fake business which was supposedly all Canadian.
Do not fall for this scam if you see their website on Google!
