The return service I said I would come back for. Can still say the service is wonderful, another happy customer and I would still recommend Otic.

My wearerewind cassette player arrived on time and OTIC customer services were helpful because two payments had gone out of my account- this was the bank's fault. I was pleased to see that the player came wrapped in paper in a recyclable cardboard box- there was plastic on and in the player box but that is not from OTIC. I'm having some difficulties with getting the player to pair up with another bluetooth but that's again nothing to do with OTIC!
I'd certainly buy from them again.

Ordered a Cowon PD3 DAP on 13/9/2023, as pre-order and the order sum was withdrawn from my account at that point. Seller's comms were fine at that point, advising that they'd let me know when they'd received and then shipped my order. As nothing was forthcoming I inquired again twice in October, when I was told they'd ask Cowon and let me know. After that they went silent and did not respond to my messages for an update. On 30/11/2023, I decided I'd had enough and emailed to request cancellation, unless they were able to deliver by mid-December. OTIC then came back to me saying Cowon had pretty much gone AWOL and were not responding to anything (even after escalating with the UK wholesale distributor) and thus they could not advise of delivery date or even the prospect of delivering. As my payment had been via PayPal, I asked PayPal to cancel and OTIC were prompt to refund fully the following day (1/12/2023).

Although the failure (in both delivering and failing to be available for contact) was mainly Cowon's, the whole experience was a two-and-a-half months' waste for me. Sellers are responsible for setting their affairs with suppliers/manufacturers in order, plus OTIC also went AWOL from mid-October not responding to my requests for update, until I threatened cancellation. So, I'm giving 3 stars for a prompt refund, but that's just that.

Fast shipping and the product is mind blowing.

My partner bought a DAP for me from OTIC and within a few days of using, I had some significant UI issues. The team at OTIC were great in helping me to address some of these issues and offered to take the unit back and swap it out for another, if still not happy.

They did this within a few days and TBH, the customer support was so impressive that I dont think Ill ever buy audio products from another retailer. Great customer service is difficult to come by in this space, so thanks to the team at OTIC for being so attentive

Simple order process, backed by fast delivery and a great price. Updates provided on order confirmation, despatch and tracking number. Items arrived in perfect condition and perfect as expected.

Was looking for a brand new google Chromecast audio at a decent price as it’s discontinued . Found OTIC was a bit dubious at first as I’ve never heard of them but after google search all was good good customer service and value 😺😺😺

The player setup was very easy. However, there are a few things that should be in the manual rather than searching the Web. Such as Scanning the media (TF disc) before being able to see ones music! It was a seamless process otherwise. Very nice looking machine!
The usermanual should contain all the instructions for the unit - luckily im not a beginner in these matters.
I am very please with the unit.

First off, I would like the thank Craig for answering all my questions about the best way to set up my system to integrate these into it, this was most useful. The speed in which he responded to my messages throughout the whole purchase from start to finish was A+. There was a slight delay during shipping but this was out of the hands of OTIC and was a supplier issue but they still arrived in good time, especially as they were on pre order. Once again, I was informed all the way through when they were going to arrive and nothing was hidden away from me. I now have my system all set up, and I am extremely pleased with both units which sound incredible. Thank you OTIC for a great purchasing experience, I will no doubt be revisiting your store in the future.

Excellent customer service I had to get in touch a couple of times and it was all done very quickly. Products are very good as well, I recommend the company and what they sell not the cheapest but you get what you pay for buy cheap you get cheap.

can't fault them. ordered item Thursday...arrived Tuesday and even that was a day late through fault of UPS and not otic so at this moment of time...no complaints
