Do not waste your time at Osborne. Due to coronavirus was desperately looking for work experience and somewhere to give me practical learning. I clearly mention this before I enrolled on to the programme but They’re so quick to take your money basically seems like a gamble. the lecturer was rubbish reading from slides in the dark? Something I could find on YouTube Or Amazon. I’m a university student and I’m sad I wasted my money like this.

I am very happy with the level of service I have received from Osborne Training, especially from Russel and Usman. They have ensured my Level 2 and 3 journey through AAT has been smooth and seamless. They genuinely care about your progress and ensure you gain a full understanding of the course material. I look forward to enrolling and completing Level 4 and becoming a qualified accountant soon.

I studied my AAT level 2-4 with Osborne Training. I had a brilliant tutor called Marlon. His style of teaching and knowledge was excellent. I would recommend the classroom based lessons.

Just enrolled in Fast Track AAT Level 2 & Level 3.
The enrolment process was very smooth and am very impressed with the efficiency of all the staff. All the team have been extremely helpful in answering my questions and the workbooks and online tools look really user friendly. Am very pleased so far and look forward to my journey with Osborne Training.

The Osborne training books were helpful when doing my exams however the student portal is a little bit outdated and it was difficult to get help from tutors. Due to issues with corona I was unable to sit two of my booked tests, I have since then emailed them about rebooking my exams but was told to just rebook my exams via the site and pay an external student fee as my account has now ran out? I let them know once again I have already paid for these exams and would like to rebook but have had no reply.

They haven't checked in on me to see if I want my money back for the exams (which once again I already paid for) or if want to rebook - at this stage I don't want to rebook the exams as I have decided to just jump forward onto ACCA since it's more relevant to my work, but it would have been nice to have been offered a refund for the two exams I had booked. It's a situation completely out of my control so it's a shame my studies and bank account had to be penalised for it. I spent around £140 on the two exams that I never got to sit.

I originally studied AAT Level 2 and 3 with another provider but was essentially given the Osborne books to study so for level 4 I thought why not study from the source? Possibly one of the worst choices I made concerning my study. Not only was the course itself twice as expensive - the online training platform is old and limited - the 'tutor support is non-existent (I left a message to my so called tutor and never heard anything back) - the online course material is out of date, when downloading revision slides for the Business Tax module I found that the slides actually relate to 15/16, only 3 years out of date!
What a useless waste of time that £800 paid for. I may as well of bought the osborne books of eBay for an eighth of the price and been in the same position - do not waste your time here.

I started sage 50 online course a week back with their virtual classes. So far it's what i paid for- expert and friendly tutor support. I get my queries clarified in no time, so that's a huge motivation for me.

My SAP FICO and SD training finished recently. One thing I loved how I can access all detailed reports easily without having to navigate through a lot of unnecessary things.
However, sometimes SAP System wont get the exact report you are needing in detail.
If you want to learn SAP my suggestion would be to have patience.
I have found that SAP Training will teach you how to do short steps to get the info that you are looking for. It makes things a lot shorter and time is saved. My Tutor was very helpful in understanding various complicated SAP processes in easier manner.

AAT Qualification is a great choice for anyone thinking of a career in Accounting. And I am happy that I made that choice with Osborne Training. My study package for AAT Level 2 and AAT Level 3 Fast Track came with flexibility to switch batches during weekends or evenings as I am currently working full time. The quality of the course materials were outstanding as they were made in a way so that it can be grasped easily by even an average person like me with very basic accounting knowledge. The Canary Wharf campus is a modern campus where I studied and the view from the classroom is just outstanding. All the classrooms are Airconditioned with modern IT facilities. The campus is situated just next to the Station which made commuting much easier. The tutors were very helpful to me and they always did their best to ensure as a student we achieve the best result. A great place to study and I will definitely recommend it.
