Complete scam. They are shipped from China so returns cost $60-$80, if they tell you that you can return for refund which is 99.9% unlikely. The sandals that I ordered that said it fit slim but it did not fit slim. The straps that go over your foot are so scratchy that even if they had fit I wouldn’t be able to wear them. Don’t ever buy from this company.

The shoes looked so good on the computer but they are in fact ugly. They are by far one of the LEAST comfortable sandals I own. They aren't downright uncomfortable, just not entirely comfortable and with limited padding on the sole, so I don't think I can wear them for a long walk.. And they are unflattering on my feet. The only good thing I can say is that I wanted gray sandals and these are a nice gray color.

Worst poor quality product and they make it impossible to return. BIG RIPOFF!

HORRIBLE. They looked like aerosoles, good quality sandles and turned out to be less than a walmart comparable. Soo disappointed, trying to get a return issued to no avail yet. DO NOT PURCHASE

I have been trying to get a return label and have not received a response. I have sent 3 notices and to date no response. There is no telephone # and no appropriate customer service to contact.

Not worth the money. And the fit is not at all like the pictures. Do not buy these. I'm trying to return 2 pair and can't even get an answer from them where to return.

Why is this NOT ILLEGAL???? Pay for a product that is NOT even the SAME as they put as a Photo or Description. As a CUSTOMER WE WOULD LIKE TO BE SUPPORTED WITHOUT A SCAM. STOP!

BUYER BEWARE!!! Ordered these sandals in April & didn’t receive until June. This is a scam! Sandals were NOT like pictured or described. Cheap looking & took waaay too long to arrive! Wanted to return but since they come from China would cost too much to return. Will donate to charity.

The sandals are cheap crappy plastic, not genuine leather....total deceptive...can't wait for your karma to catch up with you.

This product is a scam, full stop. The shoes arrived not at all as pictured. They advertise what looks like a full, supportive insole and suede straps. The shoes are uncomfortable, plastic, cheap, and the insole is rigid and not at all orthopedically sound. They told me to return the shoes, I'd have to pay the return shipping to China. This is not a serious company. Don't fall for this!

Nice pair of shoes overall! The style is on point, but the inner lining could be softer.

The shoes are stylish and comfortable. Just wish they offered half sizes to achieve the perfect fit.

Great for casual wear! Nice material but it slips in the heel just a little bit. Still a good buy!

I agree with another writer: Orthowalk sounds strikingly familiar to dishonest company Orthoture, and should be reviewed carefully before purchase.
Changing the name of your company when your reputation is ruined? Buyer beware

I have not dealt with this company. I just want to warn folks that it seems to be related to Orthoture, another Chinese shoe company with similar web graphics and a host of bad product reviews. Check out reviews of Orthoture on TrustPilot. There may be yet more related sites. Too bad e-commerce is infected with these scam-based firms.

Worst purchase ever, begins with a delivery date of almost 30 days and when I got the shoes, there was no support in the sole of the shoe. Buyer beware.

Has to be the worst shoes I have ever bought in the last seventy years, even the soles were a different design than in the picture of the ad.

This company does not care if you are unsatisfied with their products and will not offer you a full refund. Their shoes are poorly made and are incorrectly sized. I sent information for a refund, but was told by "Oliver" to give the shoes to a friend or family member and I was offered a 10% refund. The parent company Zhengzhi Consulting Management Co., Ltd has a number of shoe sites, so beware of purchasing their products.

Like many others, I was duped into thinking this was a legitimate site when it's not. Yes, shoes were delivered but they're shoddily made and the sizing is totally off. In fact, on one of their other sites, they even state (in fine print) that their shoes run small and you should size up. When I jumped through their hoops to get an exchange, I was finally told by "Oliver" to give the shoes to someone else and I could have 10% off a new pair of shoes if I wanted to reorder. The parent company, Zhengzhi Consulting Management Co., Ltd., has a number of "shoe sites" so they're very good at playing the game.

The shoes do not fit. I had contacted the company several times for an address to return them. Today, I get an email that asks me to take a picture of the shoes, a picture of the size and a picture of the my order. HECK no, I don't need to do this! I had given them my order # so why in the world would they need all this info. As well as the size being too small, the shoes were NOT MADE very well, I suspect they would not last very long. I will just chalk it up to my loss, but DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY it is a total rip off!!!!
