4 weeks in order never arrived, no response from the email.
Luckily I paid through PayPal and received a full refund within minutes of my complaint !

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
Another person who wished they checked the reviews before buying!
Where do I start !

Boots very different to picture
Always a size 6 boots are more like 8

I would give zero stars! Terrible product. Bought 'waterproof' boots which weren't waterproof. Complained and was told for a full refund l could send back to China at my expense but that they would probably get lost in transist! I managed to get them to refund me a measly £4. They imply that they're a UK company. They are not. Don't touch them with a barge pole!!

I ordered wide fit size 8 walking boots. I paid £50.00. The were shipped from China! That alerted me. I emailed them. ‘Andrea’ replied. Saying they are very high standard boots. I will not be disappointed. They are made of cheap plastic. Very tight both in length and width. I could hardly get them on. Lined with cheap fluffy material. After emailing them Andrea promised me a full refund. After 3 chasing emails - nothing!! Now emails are undeliverable. How are these companies allowed to trade?? After such disastrous reviews and service. £50 flushed down the toilet 😡😡😡😡

I ordered a pair of shoes from Ortheshoe and they sent the wrong ones, not the style I ordered. When I asked about returns I was told I would have to pay for return postage! Very unimpressed.

Calling themselves Ortheshoe.co.uk making out that they are in the UK when really they are in China and I ended up waiting 3 weeks for my order to arrive. When it did eventually arrive they were the wrong size, I ordered a pair of shoes size 38.5 (UK 5.5) and was sent size 39. After reading other Trust Pilot reviews I can't return them!!! Stupidly I didn't read the reviews before ordering them, if I had I would never have ordered the shoes! Be aware.

I ordered a pair of boots,but when they arrived they were too tight round the ankle for me to fasten them. I e-mailed the company, thinking, as others have done, that this was a British company, but received no reply. I wanted to send them back and get a refund.
I have e-mailed again, but with no reply, so contacted my bank.They have had a reply saying that the price I was charged was a fair price, but that wasn't the issue. The issue was they didn't fit and I can't wear them. I will have to contact my bank again and hope they will fight my corner.
I wasn't aware of the Trust Pilot reviews, but I will always check a company on here before ordering, but at the time I did think this was a British company.

Absolute rip off. Wish I had read the reviews before purchase. Ordered 2 different sizes. Both arrived the same size. My options are keep boots and they will refund 20% or post back to China AT MY COST. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. ABSOLUTE RUBBISH PRODUCT ANYWAY

A waste of money, they are not orthodontic shoes, they are thin and flimsy, and much too small.
They advised not to return as the may”get lost” so there would be no refund. They came from China and would need returning there.

Complete rip off. What you see on the website is not what you get. They must employ a clever photographer. Quality is very poor, the fabric is unfinished - simply rough cut - and the sizes are not accurate. Two pairs are unwearable and there’s little likelihood that the leather will stretch more; the other pair offered came in half sizes so these presumably will fit but are also very poor quality. I see that Ortheshoe doesn't even bother to reply to complaints.

What a scam so much that my bank was able to file a claim against this company .I ordered two pairs of sneakers for 107. They sent one pair that where the wrong size after waiting over amonth for them .contacted them so I could get a refund and they gave me excuses.but my bank gave me back my money and they are fighting with them ...horrible horrible.

Where do I start!! I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing the shoes. They are absolutely nothing like the shoes advertised. Delivery time was over 3 weeks. I have sent numerous emails regarding a refund and was offered 5% and then offered 20% and told to keep the shoes. They tried to warn me off from returning the shoes stating they might not receive them and that I would have to pay etc etc. Just an absolute sham. My advice is DO NOT BUY from them!!!!!!!

I ordered a pair of shoes on 29th September, every time I go into my order to look it states your order is confirmed and preparing for shipment. I doubt i will receive them

I have bought what I presume the same boots as these several times over the years and have found them so comfortable and warm so this time ordered 2 pairs.. Big mistake. they sent the wrong size. Too big and although it was their error i have to pay return postage to China, not the UK address they came from. Too expensive to ship so I opted for their 10% refund and they will be going on to Ebay and Vinted. They are obviously just dumping stock on unsuspecting customers.

I take ladies 8/42, but to be on the safe side ,I ordered a 43/9. Shoe is stamped 43.....lucky if it's a 7!!!! Same as their clothes always way, way smaller than advertised. Just why??? No reply from them yesterday.

I stupidly bought some boots and shoes from here and should have known better. They are made in China and are of poor quality, do not fit and when I try to return them, they will not refund the money and are only offering a 20% refund but I can keep the goods because it is too expensive for them for me to return the goods. Do not buy from this company or its spin offs.

Terrible service. Do not go near them. Bought some boots. When delivered was wrong size completely. When I complained they said to send them back but no postage costs offered. I said no and said I wanted either a complete refund or the boots I ordered. Then they offered a 20% voucher. I said no and wanted full refund.

They took a couple of weeks to arrive, but lovely comfortable shoes. Silver maryjane ballet pumps, a light weight indoor shoe, bit sturdier than a slipper. No good for hiking admittedly but for an indoor party perfect. I have bunions with all the problems that brings but these shoes are perfect for me. Its a shame others have had bad experiences

This shop Ortheshoes.co.uk keeps pushing spam into my email. I have never heard of them before or had any interaction with them. They must've bought my email from a list somewhere. I had to set up a filter to filter them into the bin. Hopefully they will give up their scam eventually. I really hate scammers.

Both pair of shoes were too small. They will not let me return them to the address in the US that they were shipped from. They want them shipped to the country of China at my expense. That is a minimum of $46. They offered me a 20% refund. I told them I would not accept less than a 50% refund and I would donate the shoes.
They refused that offer.
I should not be penalized for them sending the wrong size.
