Really stupidly priced for a start, the courier dropped my item off at a different place. I had to do the running around, when they should have chased them as the contract is with the sender. I have mostly purchasd gifts and at the exhorbitant prices and the English being too polite would not say anything about the gift. I did get one of the recipients who stated that the perfume was awful espcially in view of how much it costs. I have bought fragrance for myself and found withing a few months it goes rancid and basically you have to throw it away. I have placed a few bottles on a certain internet auction site and have them returned saying the fragrance was terrible. I did refund them as I know I was not impressed myslef, but these were never used fragrances. It is a sham that thier best fragrance Zizan has been discontinued. There are no new mens fragrances and the 4 corners and what ever you have are just poor. I think thier is a snob value that people have to think that it has to be good because of the price but alas price is no indicator of quality or appeal in this case!

Ordered the incredible Ormonde Man and Newab of oudh on Wens morning and received the package on Thurs morning. Super impressed by everything about this British fragrance house.

Worst customer service ever. A similar story to other customers below - I ordered 4 perfumes online. Chased after 2 weeks as i had heard nothing. Was told there were delays due to high volume of orders. Chased again today - 4 weeks after the initial order & was told that the items i had ordered were all out of stock & are now discontinued & offering a refund. They were selling these online for weeks after i placed my order so haven't got a clue why they were unable the fulfil the order. So basically 2 weeks ago they lied to me saying that the order was just delayed when they must have known they didn't have stock & i had to chase them to even get that information from them. Why would anyone trust this company?

Terrible customer service. I ordered a perfume online 3 weeks ago, have chased for updates after 1 week and they quicky replied to say that there will be a delay due to high volume of orders. Chased again after 2 weeks asking for a full refund as I still hadn't received the order and no reply yet. Beyond disappointing and I don't recommend purchasing anything from them online.

I bought a candle, Mystère, from Ormonde Jayne. According to them “It sparkles and twitters quite charmingly, enveloping the room lavishly with sybaritic pleasure”. In fact it didn’t fill the room with anything - you couldn’t tell if it was lit or not. When I complained they flatly denied the problem. I traipsed into London with it and they refused even to light it. Stupid of them as they have now lost a good customer.

Their customer service is really awful.Ordered 2 sample boxes, 1 perfume sample was missing.Have contacted them to resolve 7 days ago.The problem is still there. Is this very hard to send a single missing 2ml sample?!
