Genuinely awful, didn’t send out my dresses for ages and then told me one was out of stock when it had supposedly already been shipped, disgusting company and bad customer service. Don’t buy. Also refunded me for said out of stock dress but not the full amount. Never ever buy I still haven’t received my order and I ordered on the 22nd April. Also not advertised anywhere that it’s from f****** china.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Shirt I ordered was not as advertised. Xl was about the size of a medium. See through and not stretchy as advertised. Ended up with a 25% refund as wasn’t willing to pay the postage to send back. Genuinely awful product. Took 3 weeks to arrive. Nowhere did it say it was coming from china. And original delivery date was just after I bought it. Would not recommend
Terrible
Terrible. Still haven’t received my items. Everly time I email asking for a refund as the events passed I’m fobbed off with it’s on its way problem with courier. I just want my money back at this point.

Ordered an item on 19th April and paid, still not received item or had any correspondence back after I sent an enquiry email. Not good at all spent almost £40 on an item I have yet to receive.

Extremely poor communication. Evri delivered to the wrong place ("missing parcel") and accepted they did, they notified Orizele and Orizele stated I'd get a refund but then stopped replying to my emails and I'm still waiting my refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Absolutely shocking. I placed an order which did not arrive. I have contacted the company several times and had no reply. I have requested a refund and nothing. This company is a scam - please do not waste your money!!!!!

Terrible. No confirmation on when it was arriving. Emailed multiple times to ask as I’d heard nothing, kept getting advertising emails but no response to what I sent. Then got an email saying hope you enjoyed your order, but I’ve not received it at all

I’m only giving 1 star because zero stars didn’t work. Item ordered on 1 April still not arrived. I selected Premium delivery- which doesn’t actually have a timescale but I had hoped that meant within the week. The item originated overseas, possibly China. The website didn’t make that clear. If I had thought we were looking at around 1 month for delivery I would never have placed the order. Had to buy a shirt for the occasion from elsewhere. Who knows how long the return process will take if we have to use that. I emailed customer service on 12 April. I received a response on 27 April offering a 10% once received. They blame The Royal Mail for the delay.
I received this shirt on 28 April. It did not fit my son. I have to ship it back to the return address in China at my own expense. They did offer me a 20% discount to just keep the shirt, but that is no use to me as it will never be worn. The orizelle website has prices in GBP, has a contact address in The Netherlands, but ultimately items are shipped from and have to be returned at buyer expense from China with transport being blamed for delay. This is not the sort of experience I want when buying clothes.
