Right in time for Christmas
A special thank you to Ben Blackwell at Original Jigsaw dealing with readdressing my order.
With Christmas approaching, oh yes it is, I had to change the delivery address to send the jigsaws direct to my grandchildren to make sure they were there for Christmas.
Ben dealt with matters in a most professional manner and kept me up to date with progress.

Brilliant Customer service is for me the key to…
Brilliant customer service is the key to unlocking success in a small business venture. Original Jigsaws combine a perfect product with above average service. Our family feel we have become part of their story. We do the jigsaws here then send them in the practical bag across the water to our family to do them too and then on it goes. The illustrations from Rachael are astoundingly brilliant.

5 stars for customer service. Ben wrote to me on the day of my order to ensure I knew it was a pre-order and offered alternatives if I wasn’t happy with that including a refund. Cannot be faulted.

Brilliant all round
I absolutely love the jigsaws I’ve bought from the Original Jigsaw Co. as have my family, who have received them as gifts from me! I’ve had cause to use their customer service, and they were brilliant. I can’t recommend them enough.

Great Jigsaws, Great Company, Great People
Absolutely love The Original Jigsaw Co - not only are their puzzles brilliant their service is also excellent - I missed the opportunity to buy the So Long 24 puzzle and even though their website said out of stock they went out of their way to find me one and supply it. I am really greatful and cannot recommend them highly enough!!! Thanks all!!

Overall, good quality
Puzzle is nicely made. It took months to receive it, long after they charged my card. There is no poster, which makes it hard for 3 or 4 people to work on it with only the little box picture as a guide.

Hours of absorbing fun
I have purchased a number of Original Jigsaw Co. Jigsaws and have had great pleasure in making them several times over. The detailed pictures ensure that there is always something new to see and the jigsaw itself is well made and locks together easily.

Great puzzles and customer service
We love our puzzles from the Original Jigsaw Co. and they have brought a lot of family enjoyment. Unfortunately our family puppy has also enjoyed several pieces! Customer service has been fantastic in replacing missing pieces from a couple of puzzles and also missing picture sheets without any fuss and at speed. We look forward to buying and enjoying more of their puzzles ❤️

Great jigsaws and even greater customer support
We already have several sets from these folks and completely loved both the quality and illustrations on them.
We had an issue with the puzzles only, and Ben from the customer support helped us resolve everything within a couple of days.
Couldn't recommend the brand more. 5/5

Brilliant jigsaws and excellent…
Brilliant jigsaws and excellent customer service. I have several of these jigsaws, they are great as they come in a handy bag rather than a bulky box. They are great fun and good quality. I lost a piece of one of my jigsaws and emailed them and was sent out a new piece immediately so that I could complete the puzzle. Would highly recommend.

A fantastic quality puzzle. When a puzzle piece was chewed up by a family pet, the customer services department, especially Ben Bracknell, was super helpful in sending me a replacement piece.
