Lost in shipping? The companies own delivery tracking stops “in transit” over 2 months ago. Yet support response when I ask for refund is “delivered”. By immediate response to my email, less than 1 minute, I suspect response is just an automated or AI response. Makes me wonder if any product was even shipped or company just took my money, albeit less than $50 USD.
I purchased a pop-up wallet from this company because it included a pocket for cash, which was an important feature for me.
The wallet took about a month to arrive, which I understood since I’m in Australia, so I didn’t have an issue with the delivery time.
However, I was overcharged for my purchase. If I hadn’t checked my bank statement, I wouldn’t have noticed the extra charge.
When the wallet finally arrived, it didn’t include the cash pocket that was shown in the product photos and described in the listing. As a result, the wallet isn’t suitable for my needs.
I’ve been emailing the company to resolve the issue, but the best they’ve offered is a $9 USD partial refund. I’ve requested a prepaid return label so I can send the wallet back and receive a full refund, but they have not provided one.
Very poor, I ordered a flashlight from them, first they sent the wrong colour, and secondly the wrong type, a very cheap version was substituted, then they tried to tell me that’s what I ordered, their own emails to me proved them wrong, for this they offered me $4 usd, rising to $12 usd for something I paid $47 usd for, these people are a joke, DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS .
While it took longer to get than expected it appears to be made well. Biggest complaint /really only complaint is instructions don't come in English. I thought there is a side light but can't figure out how to turn it on.
I love them, I love how you can recharge them instead of worrying about batteries.... A big tick in my books
I got the item and it looks and operates nothing like description this thing is a plastic cheaper version. And does not compare to the olight that it is compared to in the video.

Really slick Facebook add about a powerful flashlight that had a powerful green laser AND a powerful uv light.
Was delighted to send $80.00 for this miraculas light.
Ordered in March...recieved a perfectly normal rechargeable flashlight with none of the above features....in June

BTW they do not accept returns. I guess getting it all the way back to China is counterproductive...They did offer me $4.00 USD as compensation. Umm you can imagine where I told them they could deposit it.
Avoid this terrible company like the plague.
Delivery took several weeks and when it arrived it clearly came straight from china. No instruction's and item not as described. Overall the light works but I’d stick with a US made brand.
Great product. Works as it says it is supposed to. Good communication on tracking.
The item that was sent was incorrect. They would not send correct item after numerous emails and offered me a $10 refund for an $80 item. Do not buy from the store as the items that they show you do not get delivered

I ordered some advent calendar Taylor Made golf balls in November for Xmas. These golf balls didn’t arrive until February, after me chasing this company and being fobbed off with delays etc.
When the golf balls arrived, to my horror, they were fake golf balls made of foam, so not only did they advertise this as golf balls, they were in fact fakes. I am now chasing them for a full refund which is proving very difficult. Avoid this company at all costs as they are a nightmare to deal with & make fake products.
ORDINARYTY.COM I ordered an alarm clock from them on facebook 2 weeks before Christmas and still not received it 5 weeks later. It cost around £50 so not cheap either. I want a full refund 😕 but not getting anywhere.
