Thanks Javed, and fair point on the price. We stay away from the really cheap covers because they crack and yellow within a few weeks, and we would rather you buy one that lasts. But I hear you, we do keep an eye on it. Glad the quality landed.

Waqar, you're right to be angry and I'm not going to argue with any of it. Two things went wrong here. The cover started peeling within days, which should not happen, and then our team went quiet on you for a week after you asked for an exchange. The second one is the worse of the two. I have flagged order #977888 again today and asked the team to message you directly on the number on your order with a straight answer on the exchange, not another round of back and forth. Sorry it took a public review to get here.

Hudaibia, 10/10 se behtar kuch ho hi nahi sakta, shukriya. Dino wala cover hamara bhi favourite hai, aur camera border wali baat aap ne bilkul sahi pakri, wohi is ka asal kaam hai.

Shahbaz, I went through your order to see what happened. Order #978967 on our side was for the OnePlus 12R cover, and that is what got packed and sent. Your phone is the OnePlus 12, so it didn't fit. That's a model mix-up, not fraud, but I understand why it felt that way, because it then took us ten days to sort out, and that part is on us. The OnePlus 12 cover was dispatched to you on 10 September via PostEx, so it should be with you in a day or two. Sorry for the wait.

Extremely poor quality mobile phone cover. Too expensive for a cover that only has the printed design pasted on top of a black case. The colors aren't the same either. Complete waste of money.

That's fair criticism and I'm sorry the cover let you down. The printed range is exactly what you describe, a design printed onto a case, but if the colours came out different from the listing photo then that's on us, not on you. Please message us on WhatsApp at 0316-7776135 with your order number and a photo of the cover, and we'll look at it properly and see what we can do. Would rather fix it than leave you with something you won't use.

Review of Back Cover for Infinix Note 30
Quality of the order was excellent, delivery service was fast however when I applied the back cover on my phone it pressed the front glass protector from one side at the bottom, most probably from thick and hard edges of the cover. In my view the sides of the case could have been made more soft to avoid this issue for improved future purchases and customer satisfaction. Overall I am satisfied with my order, justified purchasing.

The hard-shell cases have a raised lip at the bottom and on some phones it does catch the edge of a tempered glass protector. We're passing this on to the sourcing side.
